I do not wash my car here as I only hand wash it at Detail Plus next door. The carwash is not 100% touch free and will damage your paint eventually. I have been washing all of my car touchless with soap, wax, and high pressure water for $15 each time self service.However, I use their cheap gas regularly, they have the cheapest gas in whole California NOW and Before the war. My car only gets 10 MPG so it is important to get cheap 91 gas with good quality. The manager told me they get gas from Costco that's why it's cheap and good.The shop is nice and they have two guys there working shifts.

I paid $15 for the bronze car wash and used the vacuums. It was worth it, but the car wash is just ok— as you’d expect at any drive thru car wash. There was someone who towel dried the car afterwards too, which is nicer than normal.The vacuums work as expected and the machine for washing/drying car mats is decent. I haven’t seen a drive thru car wash do better anywhere else, so I’ll definitely be back.Note: I was a regular at the “Touchless Car Wash” at a Santa Clara location of Rotten Robbie. I came to Zip Thru because it’s temporarily closed. I’ll go back when it reopens because they give you a chance to pre-scrub the outside (they provide soapy water in huge barrels) of your car before entering. This achieves a better wash. If it weren’t for that, I’d switch to the Zip Thru car wash. It’s newer, nicer, and similarly priced.

Terrible customer service. It literally ripped apart my rear bumper and removed my splash guard and the manager simply says “it had previous damages.” No it did not. And this isnt the first incident for them either. There was a similar incident 6 months ago on this review. Could happen to anyone else too, “if you had previous damages.” Ridiculous.Called the customer services and asked to show me the videos, they diddnt. My car was in a perfect shape. Just got inspected in January from the Premier Nissan, where I bought the vehicle from. Told me that they would follow up and never did. Lazy and terrible service.Please show the video evidence like you have to others on some of the bad reviews. Ill consider editing or removing review once you post the video. Ill even help you find it. My receipt shows exactly when I entered and used this carwash.

$15 for a basic machine drive-through car wash is a lot but they have a monthly all you can wash option for 25 so that’s pretty good if you like to do multiple car washes a month. The towel dryer guy is not very thorough and totally not interested and didn’t even tell me I was done. There’s a lot of vacuums on site which is nice if you don’t have at home, but honestly just invest in your own cuz they are pretty weak and take a while. They have have some rug washing machine thing with water but not sure how well it washes since mine were pretty clean.There’s someone that would appreciate this place- the person who wants regular machine washes to keep his car looking clean, without a vacuum at home, etc. it’s just like it’s this middle ground where it’s not a cheap machine wash but also not a great full service wash…

Denied entry, police called! Horrible business. Not worth itHorrible service! Denied entry but paid. Being harassed over the phone. Police called. THE LIES THIS BUSINESS TELL TO SAVE FACE!1. The Vehicle I came with is the vehicle I signed up with.2. I did not block business, cars could still go past me.3. How am I blocking business if I am a paying customer4. I stayed to get my refund, you told me to reach out to costumer support that you were denying me service, so therefore why should you keep my money?5. You were threatening me, hitting my car with your hand and trying to intimidate me.I had already called the cops and told them the situation! I had told you I called when you were threatening the cops on me.THE COPS CAME: heard my side and said you were doing shady business. He made you let me through and told me to report the charges!!! I didn't find the car wash worth the price. For the basic cost of $15 the automated wash was like any other which are at half the cost, except that it almost broke my side mirrors. The 'free' vacuum (which the sign says should be limited to 5min use?) is so low on power that it could only clear some of the free debris on the floor. And honestly I wasn't even aware of the floor mat wash. They have too many signs around which confuse the user as to exactly what they can do.

We have used this car wash numerous times, mostly because it is close to our house and a drive-thru, so we can wash the cars quickly. This morning, I took one of our cars through the wash for the 'Premium" $20 service, as we often do. When I entered the tunnel, no water or soap was dispensed or sprayed onto my car; it was very weird. The brushes and rollers were damp from washing the car ahead of me, and they slapped my car without the lubrication of soap or water that makes a car wash a car wash. At the end of the tunnel, the blowers did not turn on, either. Clearly, there was an issue with the machines, so I immediately circled back around and talked to the attendant at the entrance to the wash, to explain what had just happened. He dismissed my claims that the wash didn't actually do anything, and proceeded to call his boss on a cell phone when I asked that I be able to take the car back through for free, so that I can actually get it washed as I had paid for. He got off of the phone with his boss after a few minutes, and said they checked the cameras inside of the wash and everything was working as it should be. I explained that this couldn't be true, and again, that obviously the wash was not working properly since it didn't wash my car at all. The attendant reluctantly agreed to let me bring the car back through the wash, but explained that "this is not typical" and that "no one else has reported a problem like this, today." I was not looking for a free second car wash immediately after just having the car washed. I was looking to get what I paid for, since the car was not washed the first time, and the attendant and apparently his boss were hardly willing to make the accommodation. Though this situation seemed like a fluke, I won't be bringing our cars back here, simply because I don't want to have to deal with this situation in the future, if it were too ever happen again.I see that the owner sometimes posts a video to back up their claims against bad reviews, so please, feel free to post the video of my car. I guarantee there will not be water or soap sprayed on the vehicle, and that the blowers were not blowing air at my vehicle.

They make your gas less than $4 AND wash your car but u vacuum. Just be careful when it's busy, people can be stupid and petty trying to get into the vacuum areas. Liked but had to take the ext off the vac to get it all! Once u do it u understand.

First of all the owner he’s rude and not professional I can say racist specially with Arab and Middle East region people. Plus if you did wrote a review through Facebook or google review he gonna stop and suspend your membership until you delete this review sound mean he need only his opinion without any democracy. I used this facility services before Several time before during my trips to Santa Clara area and I don’t recommend this place, I reported to Consumer Protection Agency

Have used the Bronze wash a couple of times and have no complaints. Wash, towel dry by hand and vacuum are all included even in the most basic option. It is indeed zip through and wash/dry is completed in a minute or so. And the hand towel dry by one of the workers at the end is a nice touch and self service vacuum is pretty good, strong suction, one hose for either side of your car, and doesn’t have a time limit either. I’m now considering their monthly plans..

Avoid the car wash! The car wash is much harsher than others so that cars can "zip thru" quickly. It broke my back bumper and the manager simply accused its "previous damage" but refused to provide evidence. I am certain the pumper did not fall-off before car washing. And explanation from the manager: "If we had issues with our car wash, we would damage every single vehicle that goes through our car wash" ...

Got a first free car wash and it’s still a good deal. Comes with automatic car wash, a hand dry by one of the workers, and self free unlimited vacuuming, AND a machine that washes your car mats. The manager Keshav is really nice too! You can even buy an optional $5 to clean the inside of your car (glass, wipes, etc)
