Yesterday I had a flu shot appt at this Walgreen but were turned away because they told me they ran out of vaccine. Today they said they have vaccine now, so I went back to get the shot. The staff explained that they never had a shortage on flu vaccine. They were only short on Covid vaccine. How much confidence you should give a pharmacy whose staff cannot distinguish between flu and covid vaccine? What else can go wrong?

In this day and age, you hardly see such horrific customer service. I placed a prescription and Josh B. (pharmacy tech) stated it will be 25 minutes. He took everything down and told me to come back in 25 minutes. I came back in plenty of time, 45 minutes. Stood in another line, while a lady complained and stated that she was there for a pick up (like I am) and got service ahead of me. I got to the front and Trevor told me that they in fact don't have this prescription. Essentially I wasted over an hour and did not get my prescription. They didn't offer to rectify the situation in any way. They said they couldn't even mail me the prescription. I have a toddler that's waiting at home. I can't imagine any place wasting AN HOUR and then saying they don't have medication. Honestly, the worst experience in a pharmacy I ever had.

Clean location, not well stocked, slow service. Didn't have knuckle bandaids in stock, how do you run out of a basic first aid supply at a drug store? Please pay your employees...

Employees walking around like zombies. Average time at the window to inquire about a prescription seems to be 5-15 minutes. Then 45 minutes to get the actual prescription. Nobody was rude though.

I called in advance for my prescription info and was told it will be ready pretty soon and i can go and pick it up.And then i came and ended up waiting for over an hour.

Don't even bother calling. I tried to call them to ask if I can transfer my prescription to a Walgreens closer to my home but was on hold for over 40 minutes. They would pick up and put me back on hold again. I mean why even have that option to talk to a pharmacist when they don't plan on talking to you anyways. I never got to talk to them.

The pharmacy always has a line but the staff works efficiently and is friendly is getting everyone's questions answered and prescriptions ready. The rest of the store is generally well-stocked and I've never had an issue with finding what I need.

The staff are always very friendly. The wait line was fast. I had an issue with my rewards card but customer service fixed it right away. They were prompt and provided great customer service. I love that this store is just across the street. Great for fast cards and gifts!

Love this pharmacy. The staff is awesome and super friendly; the shelves are well-stocked compared to other drug stores in the area; and my medication is always ready for quick pick-up when it says. I feel safe in there during this pandemic.

Time and time again I am so fed up w the pharmacy at this specific location. Not only do they mess up A LOT, but they will have your whole medical team in panic because their "system" messes up. I had my doctor call me in a panic, asking why I had requested the same medication twice. To my surprise I did not even call Walgreens or request this medication. When I called the pharmacy back, as they had already left two voicemails. The person whom I spoke with was condescending and rude. Acting as if I had made a huge burden for them to check what happened in their "system" I literally had to call my doctor and insurance company and explain to them that I DID NOT request this medication and that Walgreens made a mistake (what a pain in the a*** So once again, thanks Walgreens for fckn up my prescriptions once again.

I walked into this Walgreens at 8:58 pm on October 26th and proceeded to the Pharmacy to find out that the cage and bars were already down. The sign says the closing time is 9:00 pm. I went to the front cashier and explained to the women there that it was one minute before 9:00 pm and the pharmacy should not be closed. The clock on the wall directly behind her also showed 8:59 pm. We then walked me back to the pharmacy and the women pharmacist argued with me that they did not close the cage until 9:00 pm.That was absolutely 100% not true. Both my phone and the clock on their wall showed I was in the store prior to 9:00 pm. The two people in the pharmacy obviously wanted to close up and get out of the store as soon as possible, even before their actual closing time. Terrible customer service by the pharmacy department, especially the women who I assume was the pharmacist. The women who escorted me back from the front was very nice and tried to help but I left without getting what I came in for.I will never visit that pharmacy again.
