5 NEGATIVE STARS! Day before V.D.(valentine's day) I bought $44 of over priced merch. Store fuller than I have seen before. I did not want my roommate to know what I bought. I pulled out a $100 bill. The cashier says, they don't have that much money in their drawers....I questioned why they don't have $55 in the drawer! I paid with the fuckin shared bank card. So, by the time I get home, I might just take it all in/not try to hide shit! NEVER TO RETURN!!!

Pharmacy never picks up the call. They make you wait for 15 minutes and then it gets disconnected. Extremely slow service in person.

My visiting husband's luggage was stolen, with his insulin inside it. We live out of state and had a 2 hour window to get an insulin transfer. NAT went out of her way to assist us immediately and within a half hour had the ball rolling. Police retrieved his luggage in the mean time, so we did not end up needing said emergency -refill but we are so grateful to Nat for her help!!! Thank you Nat! Great customer service! We appreciate you!

I called them to ask about status of my prescription. They asked when I can come to get it. When I said that I can come in 20 min, they said that it would not be ready, so I should come in an hour. It was 5 pm on Saturday. I asked several times is she sure that I can come at 6 pm, she said yes. I came. It appears that on Saturday they are already close at 6 pm. This prescription was for my mom and now she has to wait until tomorrow. It's the worst service I have ever seen. I would never order a prescription from here again.

I came here super excited to get my passport pictures taken, because this is the closest location to my work. At the beginning the staff was really busy and someone from the team was in training. But after a couple minutes of waiting, a lady by the name of Prisela offered to help me take my passport pictures. I saved gas and time by not going to another Walgreens store, as I was already rejected at the one in Milpitas.

In general this company is a disaster. They have a paxlovid online assessment procedure you can follow to pass the screen and get the paxlovid if you are qualified.I past the initial screening and scheduled to get called by a pharmacist the same day. However, the call only happened 3 days later.Later the pharmacist called local walgreen but only found the medicine cannot be released in California because by law it can only be released by a doc prescription. What a joke! The company made a procedure doesn't work in reality. And paxlovid is for patient start to symptoms with only 5 days. So, if you choose their program to get the medicine, you are dead. However, THEY STILL CHARGE ME FOR TRYING TO GE THE MEDICINE.Calling walgreen is a nightmare. Nobody knows anything. They just transferring you between pharmacy team, consumer team and billing team. They don't listen to what you say. They just force you to be transferred. Conclusion: this company is a disaster.

I am a long - time Walgreens store customer and this rates among their best of their stores anywhere. Service is great as well and the pharmacy is busy / friendly at the same time. Great!

What is wrong with the employees at the location? Christina the Lead clerk working tonight is so unprofessional, it's not my fault that you aren't paying attention to me when I'm reading you my email and it definitely is not the "stupid ass touchscreen" fault. There was also an employee who was collecting the carts from the parking lot and she cut me off then had the nerves to look at me like I did her wrong. This is exactly why I don't like shopping at Walgreens.

Pharmacy worker, David, is the BEST! He took time , over days, to find solutions for my Rx which Medicare was not covering. David spent a lot of extra time on phone calls to them so that I ended up getting a much-reduced price. Thank you!

TLDR: Went to Walgreens to get a China passport photo taken. Employee was rude and unhelpful, photo not usable. Not recommended.I am very disappointed with the service I received at Walgreens. I would not recommend this store to anyone who needs to get a passport photo taken. I got the photo taken over the weekend, and the digital photo is not usable. So I went to the store again to see if I can get a higher resolution photo today. Here are some specific details about my experience:* The employee(a young lady) was rude and unhelpful. I told her that the resolution of the photo is not enough, and she insists that because I transferred the photo using email, that's why the photo resolution is downgraded. I asked if they can check the resolution of the photo in their computer, she said they do not have access to resolution of the photo. On windows, you can check the resolution when checking the properties of the photo. After I get home, I checked the resolution of the USB copy, it's the same as the photo I submitted.* When I told her that the photo is not accepted because the photo is blurry. She added that they do not do China passport photo and they would say this before we pay the money, but this is the first time I hear this.

The most incompetent pharmacy in the area. Takes an hour to get ahold of someone on the phone, go in person and wait 30 minutes in line just to talk to someone in person that is going to make a mistake with your prescription. Entire lobby full of people waiting and unhappy.

Well, well, well, Walgreens! Who would've thought this place would be my nightmare-free zone? With all these shelves stocked full of remedies and medications, I couldn't help but stop by. Here's my take: Pros: Wide Selection: From painkillers to sleep aids, you've got it all. It's like a dream come true for someone like me. Friendly Staff: The employees were surprisingly awake and attentive, despite my usual sleep-deprived look. Kudos to them! Convenient Hours: Open late? You've got my attention! The night shift is where it's at. Cons: No Dream Suppressants: I couldn't find anything to suppress those pesky nightmares. Maybe consider expanding your supernatural section? Lack of Glove Accessories: As a glove enthusiast, I was hoping to find some sharp accessories. Disappointing. Overall, if you're looking for everyday essentials or a late-night haunt, Walgreens is the place to be. Just remember, sleep is overrated, and nightmares can strike anywhere!
