I had outstanding experience with these folks. I needed to ship 300 masks to China and it was a challenge for me. While Vik was looking for the most optimal shipping and packing solutions, Bhavika helped me to bring all the boxes from my car and to remove all packaging material. Their professionalism speaks for itself. Nice, friendly people simply made my day. Thank you!

One of the quickest most efficient services ever. Had to return 4-5 things for amazon and Zappos. Took less than 5 minutes. Bhavika at front desk was really helpful and quick. In and out- highly recommend!

Most of the staff is so warm and helpful particularly the woman that works there. The tall gentleman with a beard is very rude. I had a simple question and he rolled his eyes and looked at me like I was an idiot. Maybe he should work in the back if he can’t handle working with people. It’s too bad, cause I often went there for copies or printing, I’ll be finding somewhere else from now on.

Bhavika was very helpful and quick with notarizing my documents and sending them over. The location is very convenient as it is right at the center of Franklin Mall. It is open from 9 to 5 on Saturdays which works very well
