I dropped off a silver ring and necklace to be cleaned on Oct 31st and they let me know that it would take four days since it's silver and would call me when it's done. On Nov 3rd I called 4 times throughout the day and no one picked up the phone. I learned after the 1st call, that if they don't pick up, the call gets rerouted to corporate. Corporate told me that I had to call the store back. The next day I tried to call another 3 times and still no one picked up. Since I'm not from the area I don't have time to drop in and see if it's ready or not. Today (Nov 10th) I finally was in the South Bay and went in to pick up my items. I asked why I never got a call that my items were ready or how come they don't pick up their phone and the lady was either annoyed or that's just how she speaks asked "how many items did you drop off?" And I said 2 silver, she said "well 2 silver items takes about 7 days" and I said it's "but been 11" lol and she kinda cut me off and asked for my ID and left to go get my stuff. Eventually got my stuff and it's clean for the most part, guess they couldn't get it completely cleaned. Anyways, tldr: customer service is meh, and I work in customer service so I get that sometimes it can be frustrating, but it's also frustrating to be left in the dark. I will say the person who helped me when I dropped off my items was super nice! That extra star is for him!

Don't waste your time here. Horrendous service and the guy upfront is a douche. For the money you would spend here, you should expect a lot more. There are way better jewelers around the Bay Area. Go to Cartier, Shreve & Co or some such.

Wanted to buy matching earrings for my Yards of Color Diamond necklace that I'd bought at the Tiffany's at UTC San Diego a couple of years ago when I lived there. Didn't get an appointment (either time). I think we got profiled at this one. The guy at the door was like - you here for pickup or drop off? I said no, we're here to shop. He said you'll have to wait till someone is free. Fair enough. So we waited. A few people came out. Associates were milling about, chatting. That looks 'free' to me. But no, we weren't allowed to go in. Maybe we didn't look prosperous enough? No worries - I'll just shop somewhere else. Don't need the attitude.

I went to buy a bracelet at the store and the lady assure me they didn’t do it on my size. I show her that it was available online and she assure me they don’t do it. I decided to order and even thought it suppose to be overnight it got here 4 days later while I was away from the house (2blocks) the driver couldn’t leave it nor wait then I missed my package that I needed for my next day travel. I called Tiffany and they answer was u will be refund. That’s is expected what u can’t refund me is my experience and the fact that I now have to figured out. Poor experience and not even an apology. Ugh they lost a customer and will never recomend them.

Super helpful! My ring was too big, they were super helpful with finding the perfect size. I always come to this location to bring all of my jewelry cleaned, and it's ALWAYS ready by the next day! Other locations always take forever

I had a great experience with Janet Chun at San Jose Valley Fair. She was very friendly and patient to help me find a perfect upgrade for my jewelry. She introduced different styles for me to try on and I was happy to find a style that I like and also within my budget. I highly recommend her. Actually their staff were very polite and kind from entry to exit.

Easily my favorite jewelry company. Every Tiffany boutique I've been too has always been a memorable experience. I bought my first Tiffany piece here and the sales associates are some of the nicest on Earth. They were so kind and professional and made me feel so welcomed. They recommended different pieces and styles and were eager to help me find the perfect bracelet. Not to mention the service was simply superb. It was such a memorable experience and if I ever need to buy any jewelry you bet that it's going to be a Tiffany piece

I walked in after two other people, I was told after them I would be next. The lady helping them ends up walking them out and stays at the entrance. I get up to fetch help since customer service isn't their strong suit. The lady states she will go find someone to help me and if I water, I tell her yes I'll take water. She disappears and walks past me to go to the back room with no water in site. The man at the entrance comes up to me to ask if I have been helped & I tell him I told the lady I needed help. He offered to call someone again. Thank you sir you & the other man at the entrance we're both helpful compared to the other sales associates. Anyway, off to another location I go.

Z. Ai needs to be trained better to be qualified as a sales assistant. I ended up purchasing what I wanted, but the process/experience of purchasing was unpleasant with Ai being quite rude. I did not feel welcomed at all and felt like she was doing me a huge favor when I am paying for my goods.

We bought both of our wedding rings from here, lost one of the ring boxes, asked for another “box” and they didn’t give us. Even we asked to buy a box and they cannot provide that. Have been their customer for around 10 years now. I’d never buy from Tiffany anymore.

In search of some quality sterling silver there are few with the quality that Tiffany & Co. offers. The Service in the stores is excellent to help you make a purchase but the presentation of the 5 pieces of jewelry in a paper box versus how it is advertised on the web is a complete loss of quality and attention to deal. In fact the salesperson in the store says that the pieces are not presented in the T&Co. box as it causes the jewelry to tarnish. This begs the question as to why it is advertised with a presentation box. We contact T&Co. via the web form and did not hear a response in two days, sent an e-mail and again no response for two days and finally reached a customer service rep via an online chat. Finally established a connection and once again T&Co ignored the feedback. They were to come back with a solution but have yet to hear back. If you are looking for a jeweler that cares about you and the service they offer I would advise to shop elsewhere.
