Worst and very disrespectful towards customers was served by this agent named: HENNOCK today. He was way tooooo cold towards me since the time I step in....He was too arrogant to answer anything...I was super discomfortable since the beginning with him.. the way he stares at me was too very bad and not good at all....I would have asked someone else for help but it looks like all of them are helping others....and I had to redo everything and came back again...my time wasted and this is totally disrespectful of keeping these kind of arrogant and dangerous guys working at stores....I would rather buy online...lol so shameful of him...Moreover, he gave all wrong info according to what I confirmed just over the phone with the agent!! and he gave that wrong info NOT BY MISTAKE...he gave it intentionally!! WOW shameful of him

Very unhelpful and disrespectful towards existing customers. I've been a T-Mobile customer for 7+ years but wanted to move to a newer plan to make use of new device offers. While these plans are available at a very low cost for new customers, they were quoting almost double as a punishment for being a longtime customer.The sales rep here was extremely arrogant when she flat out said I'm free to move to Verizon or AT&T and I'll be the one losing out on TMobile's super fast 5g network. Best sales pitch ever!In comparison, the folks over at the 611 helpline were much more helpful and tried to figure out any promotions that can be applied. Probably because they have an attached feedback system whereas the in-store folks only care about new customer commissions.Time to move to Verizon or AT&T, maybe pay more but get a little less arrogance in return

I highly recommend this store.Very good customer Service.I had an issue with my account. My account needed updating. I called 611 and they were not able to update at their end and suggested that I visit a store to get the same done.When I visited the Store , I was greeted and then a representative tried to address my issue. While they were not aware of the process they made sure they contacted T-Mobile and find the correct way.The process was long but the representative here showed patience and composure throughout. He was super eager to help me.I forgot the name of the employee who helped me . His name starts with H (Hannock May be I forget ). Kudos to him.I am very certain that the folks at the store are customer centric and will go the extra mile to address the needs of the customer .I highly recommend this store !!

Extremely disappointed with the service here. I was told to call 611 for getting SIM card and switch account after 20mins wait. Not sure what kind of service they are actually providing.

Very disappointed got there at 10am when they opened nobody was there me and 3 other customers were outside cold and windy and rainy waited almost 20minutes and nobody opened the door left and went to other location

Pretty quick service although a down side to it for me is that I wish I hadn't felt like they were rushing me. I understand that there are other customers waiting but I was being patient and waiting also and deserve to not feel like i was being rushed with quick answers to my questions.

After some ridiculous experience at some other T-Mobile store, I almost gave up on T-Mobile. I didn't know there were differences between the "Corporate Store" and "dealer", the other store at Milpitas messed up my Business Account and opened threee lines without giving me any phones to go with it. I decided to give this store a try because they said they were corporate owned. The Rep at Rivermark recommended me cancel all those three lines and helped me to sign up for the free iPhone 14 promotion with three lines. I can see that people here are much nicer, they were really trying to help customers instead of reps at other dealer store that pushing you to buy a lot of accessories and sign up for things that you don't need. Because that would give them more commission. The process is a little complicated because they told me that promotion is for online only, so they had to call in behalf of me to sign up. At least, they treat me nicely and get the things done correctly.
