Of all the T-Mobile I go to in the Bay Area, this one provide the best service, especially Christian who help us with all the options and choose the right one.

This is a corporate location and the employees (at least the senior ones) seem to know how to get stuff done. After wasting a lot of time and getting the run around at the McCarthy and Brokaw locations (which are apparently not true T-Mobile stores), this Rivermark branch quickly took care of my trade-in in just a few minutes.
