Gas is great, but waiting time between you insert your credit card and it is actually start processing take around a minute, which is really weird (this is happening for the last month). I hope they can fix their software soon

I recently visited this gas station and I was impressed by the excellent service provided by the clerk Atul, was very friendly, greeted me with a smile, and was quick to assist me with my purchase. Their efficiency and helpful attitude made my experience at the gas station pleasant and smooth. Overall, I would highly recommend this gas station due to the exceptional service provided by the clerk.

Great affordable carwash and dries car at the end. Very satisfied customer. Prices are creeping up though.

This is the Shell gas station, food mart and carwash on Great America Parkway just south of Hwy 237 in Santa Clara, CA. This Shell has a prime location near the freeway, Great America, Levi Stadium, the convention center and a business park. I stopped by for gas a few days ago after Thanksgiving, and regular UL was at $4.69/gal. Now that was a fair price for gas considering the location of this station. What was really disturbing was the poor maintenance of the place. It was really dirty and dusty. There were weird stickers on the pumps. The washer water was smelly and grey. I went in the food mart and mentioned it to the clerk, and he said he doesn't take care of the outside. Well, hope nobody spills gasoline or oil out at the pumps! The food mart was nice and well stocked. I didn't use the restroom or buy a carwash. Also, there was a man opening up the trash bins and looking for cans. Not the best place to get gas, but the prices were fair at the time.

Gas is generally expensive in this area but a bit more expensive at this location. Inside is alright I guess, no complaints from me. Good deal on the fireball shots at the counter.

I would give a 0 if I could yesterday I visited the shell station and when I drove off I'd left the pump Attached and drove off a few feet and it came off. I immediately went in and told the told the tenant that I had done this and he goes that will be 271. Rje tennant saidid it happens all the time. I don't know if this is protocol but it does not seem correct. I've had friends and family who've drove off and the gas station never charges them anything. When I asked for a receipt of some kind of proof that has my Vin number my car type and license info the manager qas on the phkne with me and would not get anything but a receipt paid $271 I got the receipt no information on my car on there so I'm gonna be contacting the Better Business Bureau as soon as I can and find out if this is protocol for a gas station. Thist is not acceptable how they handle the transaction. Manager was rude on the phone when I talked to her and all she could say was that will be 271 are you kidding me to screw back in go back in a pump that had a fail safe fail safe you tell me it's 271 to tighten it?? Like a programed robot that said that'll be 271. They said the technician has a special wrench? Anyway I do not recommend keep away!!!!! I will be contacting the better business bureau.
