This shell is selling selling damaged tobacco products and the owner said I was not allowed back since I asked for an exchange since the pack I bought was clearly damaged. Aside from having overpriced gas the owner is rude and unprofessional

The owner with the turban is pretty rude and doenst speak english. he rejected the gas payment and refunded without explaining the reason. Fyi i never said or did anything rude.

Charged my card and got a broken pump that did not give me gas. After trying to explain for 30 mins they still did not care. Even showing my receipt and explaining over and over again. They wouldn't give a number for their main office either so that I could at least dispute the charge. I do not recommend going here for gas.

Beware!!! The owners are rude. They will rip you off. Make sure and check your credit statements and make sure the pump is actually dispensing gas. The dial will still change even after you put the pump back. You’ve been warned.

Went here last month to get air for my tires and found that the machine doesn't work! It deflated my tires by letting out more air than pumping in and the guy in the store refused to help me in any way. Also claimed that their machine is working ok and refused to come and look for himself

Shell App doesn't work here - they make you go in to pay, but only with google/apple pay not the Shell app, so you don't get discount. I tried multiple pumps because it authorizes but won't pump gas.

This person is discriminating against me because I am not the same skin color as him. He's denying service of a bathroom to me he's telling me that his can open the bathroom for me in a minute he's just waiting for his coworker inside to clean the floors but there is no coworker there's no one inside it's just he's just not gonna help me. Denial of service to someone "different." There is no one cleaning the floors he just isn't helping anyone. He said that I just have to wait 10 minutes and then he'll open the bathroom for me for his "coworker inside." So I said OK I'll wait. Then he told me to get out. All I'm doing is standing to wait. Let's just say I'm not the same skin color as him so I'm not gonna get any help. I've been denied service.

Convenient Shell that's accessible from Monroe Street or when you're going North on Lawrence Expressway. The signage is easily viewable from the roads so you can check out how much the prices are. There are a lot of pumps available that accept a variety of payments. Just note that if you are trying to get back on Lawrence going North from the Monroe side exit, you need to turn into the second from the right most lane since the right lane leads somewhere into the Monticello apartments.

IT'S ROBBERY! I have paid $2 for a powerball lottery from this gas station. But the old guy asked me to buy another mega million(he already took my $2 for powerball) or he will not give me my powerball lottery or my $2 back.
