I was SO lucky enough to get in touch with Alice within this store for the last pair of shoes for my wedding! She was so accommodating, so sweet, and super FAST! She saved the day!!! I waited last minute and realized there was one size left within the whole company and called her right away and she placed the order to me within minutes! If you ever need anything, don’t hesitate to ask for Alice, she is a saint!!*UPDATE 10/12: I just received my shoes from Alice & wow what a thoughtful human she wrote me a hand written card and gave me an extra “something blue” dust bag for my wedding day! How thoughtful!!!! Wish she lived closer so I can give her a big hug! The shoes are just stunning! I am obsessed!

Alice is very kind, knowing that I didn't receive a gift when I bought shoes for my birthday last year, so she made up for it this year. Some services are indeed that you can't buy online.

Was so glad to have stumbled in this store last year when I was looking for wedding shoes. I found the perfect shoe to compliment my wedding dress. I was looking for a lilac shoe and surprisingly they had one. It reminded me of a Cinderella shoe and I felt like a Queen in them. They were way overpriced but for my wedding day it was worth it. I still wear them whenever I can. They are comfy for the most part but very hard to clean. Everyone in store is so nice. They will text you after and throughout the year to make sure you are still saying with the purchase. The customer service is unmatched. The shoe is very classy.

An absolute pleasure to shop at this particular location. I went in looking for a specific shoe and while it was at this location, my size was not. The staff let me know that it was available elsewhere and it could be shipped to my home. While I was waiting and trying on shoes I was offered water and treated with the utmost kindness. The staff here is both professional and polite. I will definitely be back.

Staff is nice. They do not have inventory of everything I wanted to try but I was mostly here to figure out my sizing. I am 38 in sneakers and 37.5 in their heels. 37.5 is true to size. Large store but only have 2 employees to help you. Well lit. Pleasant staff. Was told that I could have ordered my made to order through them and it would have been faster. Next time!

I went to the mall looking for bridal shoes. I tried Bloomingdales, Prada, Gucci... nothing. However, all of the sales representatives at these stores, eager to help a customer, responded with the same thing, “you should check out Jimmy Choo.” I walked into Jimmy Choo, and Mira immediately greeted me. She was super helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions regarding prices, heel sizes, shipping if need be, etc. When I tried on the pair that I thought were “the one,” I was nervous to commit and told Mira that I needed to look around a bit more. When I came back, I tried on maybe 10+ shoes?! Mira was so patient, understanding that this was an important decision for me. Finally, after trying on “the one” for the third time, I said “yes” to the shoes! Mira whole heartedly supported my decision and went above and beyond to make the day extra special for me. I would 100% recommend her and this store again and again.

My friend, who was visiting from Michigan, said "yes" to her bridal shoes at Jimmy Choo's! Mira was assisting us, and we couldn't ask for the better sales consultant for this uneasy task!
