Took my SUV there for a quick oil change. Switched pricing 3 times (higher) once my car was on the rack. After 1.5 hours the kid came in and very nicely said they could not get the oil plug out to change the oil. Said last person must have tightened it too tight and to take it back to them. Said they would change the filter though for $10 but ended up charging me $22. I asked if he stripped the bolt trying to get it loose since I kept hearing pounding and some kind of hydraulic wrench and he said no (BIG FAT LIE!). Took my car to my regular mechanic and told him he must have tightened it too tight. He said, no, you need a special tool to take the oil plug out in my car and they probably did not have the tool or knowledge about my car. Jiffy stripped the plug trying to get it out. Not only that they broke the oil cap using a wrench to get it off and used an after market oil filter charging me much more than the filter cost retail. Apparently it is illegal to use an after market oil filter and they should have known that. My mechanic is helping me file a grievance against them.

Took my truck in for an oil change. As it was being serviced they presented the several air filters recommending exchange, I declined. Then I was told one of my two batteries were defective and required replacement, I responded saying they both had been replaced just a few weeks ago and I did not believe their assessment. I asked for a copy of the inspection report. I had to return within minutes as it was not given to me. This inspection report, under section "for immediate attention " did not state the battery was defective, it stated "make sure you can count on your battery when you need it most." I'm convinced this was a scam, that they hoped I was a dupe and would have authorized unnecessary work. I have four vehicles and would use this Jiffy Lube for most oil changes; never again I did have both batteries checked at a different shop, they are both still good

Told the workers I needed just one of my tires inflated and waited 20 minutes with only 2 cars worked on with the three windows with 4 workers on site and I never got help so I left.. poor customer service

12/10. Worst jiffy lube location I've ever been to. I show up and every person that works here is on lunch? Horrible service. Lying to avoid helping customers is absolutely ridiculous. Check your staff they are stealing your time. As soon as I left I saw everyone "on lunch" head back inside. Don't waste your time head to the jiffy lube on Steven's creek!!

I had extremely low tire pressure at unsafe levels on two of my tires. I was right next to this Jiffy Lube, and while I was not a customer, Luis put air in all four of my tires. This was incredible kindness and care, and Luis should be recognized as a stellar employee and individual that positively represents Jiffy Lube and defines high quality values. Thank you Luis!

If you car tires are low in air and need a pump, Jiffy Lube is the place to go. I had my first visit here today and the staff greeted me with a smile the service was prompt. They did not charge me anything for air refill on all 4 tires and were courteous enough. They offer other additional services such as Engine oil change, vehicle services etc.

I took my car to this location at first everything was ok but after like 20 min my car was done and I ask the front when my car was done my fluids has been topped off. She said yes I took my car and I left. I went home to check after the service because this is not the first Jiffy Lube that I have the bad experience with but I called back the same store, and they told me come back after checking the oil it was not that clean. It looks like it was just added into it because I know how dirty oil look like and the workers start getting worked up and have an attitude. This is your job and you should love. What are you do if not this for you and you should look for something else because you’re dealing with a lot of customer service next time make the service cheap, so we cannot complain about if you guys did it or not but 130 for oil change I rather take it to the dealer and do it there with a full inspection and better customer service not recommended this location or any of them. They should be out of business as soon as possible.

GREAT TEAM! I had my car service and the crew went Above and Beyond the normal procedure. They changed my oil and top off my fluids along with a quick vacuum to my car. The Customer Service quality was at their Best and that made me confident that I chose the right place. I left with a big smile and joy in my heart! Great Job Kevin P and Michael R.!!! One star .is too good for this place. STAY AWAY! Take your business elsewhere! For the 2nd time, the skid plate has come off! Spoke with Kevin, he won't take responsibility, said it was my fault and that a part was missing. Tell me why would you order and install it once, and now you tell me a part was missing? I was never informed about it. I had a few choice words for him, rude, arrogant and a liar! This isn't over! Why would they hire this type of person who clearly is an idiot and does not know how to treat customers! After 2 weeks I finally heard from someone. taking car to dealership for estimate. owners unresponsive after several emails. only heard back from customer service with apologies and same response.
