Under staffed always. Fastener inventory highly variable but typically most stores have poor inventory management and limited items much better at Lowe's and corner hardware stores like 'Do It Best' stores. Best handheld scanners in the business. Waste so much time finding a few items I dread going there.

I have been waiting in front of returns/customer service and there are 6 associates around the counter but only one is helping and all I need is to exchange some metal screws. I have been here for 7 minutes and no one has acknowledged my presence.A guy has skipped me for garbage cans and the lady mentioned to allow me to allow her to help him first and I'm still waiting.

The customer service at this Home Depot at Lafayette Street has be going to dogs slowly. Today I came there to get Milwaukee sander, waited for 45 minutes to have it brought down, talked to 2 reps who promised someone to show up to help, and no one did. There were may be 4 or 5 reps in my field of view, and all of them scattered or avoided making eye contact when I tried to approach, while actively doing nothing. So I placed online order at the Campbell store where the service is great and the order was ready for pick up in 15 min. Sad.

I received the GE cooktop(Order Number WG47835267) on Dec 2ed.On Dec 5th, Homedepot sent me email said this item is recalled. And said the item is recalled on Nov 30th.At first, Homedepot should not deliver item which has been recalled.Second, if you request customer to return item in 48 hours, why don't send the recall email inside 48 hours. I received the recall email just after 48 hours.I contacted home depot online agent, they said I should contacted local store, because it passed 48 hours, they can't accept the return request.I went to local home depot 3 times at (2435 Lafayette St, Santa Clara, CA 95050), they asked me to call GE and online Homedepot...I called GE, GE said the return should be approved and processed by Homedepot, because I order item in Homedepot, Homedepot is responsible for delivering recalled item to me!I went to this Homedepot 4 times and called multiple times. Thank one helps, even they said they will call me they didn’t

I purchased my Christmas tree from this location. The staff were friendly and helpful giving me tips on how to choose a tree suitable for my place. They make sure the bottom of the tree trunk is fresh enough to absorb water. They also remove all of the tiny unwanted twigs close to the bottom branches. Once I chose the tree I went inside the store to pay for it and to get some other stuff I needed. The staff will not leave until they make do you have what you need.

I just called to get the price on a 7-8 ft Christmas tree and the man on the phone said "Uhhh I don't have that you have to come in and ask the men on the lot." Seriously? You can't just tell me how much the Christmas trees cost? Not going there!

First time visiting this branch since we have a Home Depot in Milpitas and I must say: great service, have everything you expect from a home depot and not as busy as the one in Milpitas.We came in because my wife ordered bags of play sand for my son's sandbox. She said she asked for help from a female employee but she was in a bit of a mood.Joe (or Joey) on the other hand, helped bring the sand bags in a cart to her and also helped ring us up on the cashier to buy additional items.What I noticed was that he was very professional, attentive and showed great customer service. He asked multiple times if we needed help bringing it to our car and just had a smile the whole time.We will be back for Christmas decoration shopping because of their great selection.

Asked to have keys copied. I was told the machine isn’t working- use the machine at the front to make your own. The do-it-yourself machine couldn’t do my key so I went back to the other one in the back and there was an employee brushing off a key he had just made for another customer. Then he walked off mumbling something about he had to help another customer.- That’s OK, I’ll run over to the Lowe’s down the street.- Turned a twenty minute errand into an hour plus excursion.

Waited 45 minutes for a roll of wire since they lock it all up. Talked to 3 workers who announced over the speaker that I was waiting in electrical for a roll of wire. No one ever came over! Waist of time, don't go here for your wire, no one comes to help

Big parking lot Yay! Service nice and approachable YAY! Lol. We came in to get a money tree and look at other plants since we are deciding to give our green thumbs a try. Everyone was so helpful and nice. I'm a little bummed they don't have Apple Pay but no biggie. We walked away with quite a few new plant babies! Happy parents!

Shouts out to Jorge from appliances and Sam from lighting. Helped me figure out a lighting situation and talked me into LED over fluorescent which I know will save a ton of money and won't need to be replaced nearly as often. Super helpful and nice. Had a couple laughs as well. I'm new to home renovations I appreciate all and any help! Thanks again guys

Its a home depot. If you need somthing simple, they might maybe have it in stock, but you will have to look it up yourself, and find it yourself. And if you need anything that isn't straight off the shelf, you may as well find somewhere else.
