I was just there with my 8 year old (11/26/23 @ 16:45 hours). I’m very disappointed with what to be a manager/lead using profanity the whole time we were present in the store. He used the F word at least 3 times along with 2-3 employees practicing the same language.

It is 1pm and they are not open yet. They were supposed to be open at noon. The next door store said they are late opening very frequently.

These people can’t ever seem to open when they say they are supposed to open. The last half dozen times I showed up at 12, they’re still not open. It’s 12:15 now… they’re still not open

Visited the store today. The entrance and parking lot situation is not great to begin with. Store didn't open on time, and the staff was rude when attempting to check out. The membership lookup was also broken.

Horrible staffing!The manager, Casey, and the other employee let us hang for around 10 minutes while they were chitchatting and joking around.Disrespectful. They were literally being paid to just play around. When I said I would leave this review, the guy just said "whatever", and turned back to chitchatting.No wonder GameStop is bankrupting.Going to the nearest Best Buy...

This is the first time in my life that I was refused service. You wonder why? The staff basically doesn't like the fact that I was searching on my phone to confirm the return policy she told me and ganged up with her colleague and said in my face "you are refusing us" "you are being rude" "you are embarrassing yourself" "you are loitering, which is technically illegal". I did not even ask her to return the product but simply standing there searching on my phone and they asked me to leave the store before they escalate to the police. What a magical place lol

Amount of selections are dwindling as all in store inventory are reducing overstock for online purchases. But still a good place to get new games if only some used are available.

The last four times I’ve come here, it’s been closed all day and had a sign on the door either saying “out to lunch, be back soon” that was up from opening to closing, or “technical difficulties, sorry for the inconvenience.” Small selection, overpriced products.

The manager has the worst attitude ever. Trying to give me an opened Pokémon game and saying that it’s new. I’m just so in shock, didn’t even tell me that it wasn’t sealed and rang me up. When I asked her, she instantly when into defensive mode and asked me to lower my voice. If she thought talking at a normal tone asking why she try giving me a non sealed case is yelling, she must be having a bad day. This isn’t the first time I seen her have a bad attitude with customers, I just didn’t want to review it cause she hasn’t done that to me. But today was the day. I highly suggest you just walk in not talk at all get your whatever and leave cause you don’t want to deal with her, in any shape or form.
