Just had Fuse install a Heat Pump Water Heater. The whole process was great. They were very clear and detailed when they came out to do the quote. Their price was competitive. Explained all the rebates.
The folks that came out to do the work were friendly and completed the work on time with no problems. Their work (plumping and electrical) was very well done.
I would hire them again the next time I need something like this

I've used Fuse for quite a few jobs. They are easy to schedule, professional, and reasonable in their rates. And they always show up within their estimated windows. Most recently Sergei/Steven was here to remove a gas pipe. The visit was technically just for a quote, but after he assessed the job he finished it on the spot. I highly recommend this outfit.

Andy M and his associate did the heat pump installation at our house. They did a fantastic job, working tirelessly for three long days. There were many unexpected issues but they came up with good solutions. They were very helpful when I asked questions about the system. After it was all do e they cleaned the area throughly and also walked me through the details of operating the system. Outstanding service, good technical skills, excellent attention to detail. Date of service 4 Sep 2023.Kostas and Fuse Service are hands down the best HVAC provider to ever grace my property. And I am a very demanding customer. I expect near perfection and these guys absolutely delivered. Kostas did an entire replacement of our gas heater and heat pump A/C system by himself, on a warm day. AND, before he could begin, he had to disassemble and remove the old heater and A/C AND disconnect and relocate our other A/C compressor and move it so the new one would fit on the pad beside it. He also serviced the 2nd compressor after he moved it. It took him 12 hours of solid, steady work. He was very well organized, neat, knew his stuff, and cleaned up after himself such that you’d have never known he was there. He was absolutely stellar. Kostas, if you are reading this, you rock! Fuse Service, I will definitely use you again.Services: A/C system dismantlement

I used Fuse to install a heat pump. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. They were quick contacting me to schedule an appointment. Roby, the estimator, was patient in explaining to me my options and helped me figure out what would best fit my needs and budget. Kay S and his team of installers were conscientious, professional, and efficient with the installation. So far, so good with the actual product. Highly recommended.

Our ac stopped working in the middle of the heat wave. I’m so glad we found this company and especially Gene! We were able to get a service appointment the next day and Gene immediately knew what was wrong. He clearly had a ton of experience and was able to determine and guess at cause. Updated 7/10/23The Technician came out on the 4th of July. No one else would come out as fast. Kostas arrived exactly on time, parked in the street and quickly diagnosed the problem with my A/C unit not working. He hooked up his diagnostic equipment and determined it the capacitor had failed and the coolant lines were freezing. He put in a new capacitor and relay and then the unit would turn on.Kostas advised that since the coolant lines were freezing, not to run it longer than about 10 minutes at a time until additional repairs could be done.The repair was going to cost too much for us on a 24 year old system so we declined the repairs that day and set about to do research on new systems including heat pumps. Kostas provided a quote the same day for a new hybrid system.Kostas was friendly and professional. He even removed his shoes before entering the house and is knowledgeable about his area of expertise.

My HPWH project has just passed the city inspection and the new HPWH has been working well over a month already. I am very happy with the job done by Fuse HVAC!I had excellent experience with the services by Fuse HVAC through the processes of the project.I got several quotes for my project and selected Fuse HVAC, as their quote was more reasonable priced, and the estimator, Jeff, was very professional; he explained things to the details and we had very good communications to get my questions answered. The whole team I worked with were very friendly, professional, and effective, including city permit application, installation scheduling, installation, post installation customer service, rebate application, and final city inspection, which made everything went smoothly. The lead installing technician, Kirill, did excellent job; he was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and to the details. The new water heater has been working perfectly so far!Overall, I am very satisfied with the outstanding services by Fuse HVAC and highly recommend them!
