Maxim and his colleague did an excellent job of installing a heat pump system in our home. They were on time, knowledgeable and very professional. They got the heat pump system up and running in 9 hours.We will call them for other needs as they arise.

I needed an outlet installed behind a dishwasher and the process for scheduling was so easy! They did a video call to review the space, sent a digital estimate within the hour, and it was easy to approve the work digitally too! They sent reminder texts and a text when the technician was on the way. Really seamless experience all around!

Fuse was very professional and process oriented. Coordinator scheduled a video call to discuss the work and provided a cost estimate. After signing contract, they scheduled time for the work. Ron, my technician arrived 30 mins earlier than scheduled time and installed 40 amp EV charger from the main panel. His work was very clean and made sure that everything is as per electrical codes. Communication throughout the process was very good, great work quality and customer experience. Would highly recommend Fuse.

Just had a water heater replacement by FUSE's Stefan G. They took out my old electric heater and installed a new hybrid one. They had to do some rewiring of power. Everything was done in one visit and the site was left cleaned and neat. Installation is professionally done.

Plumber Ben B. came over 12/12 to repair the clogged shower valve. During the diagnosis and repairing/replacement, Ben has been very thorough. He opened up the drywall behind the shower valve, replace the value and shower, and closed drywall, everything works now. In addition to that, Ben even identified a defect part in the valve freshly opened from Home Depot. Without his sharp eyes, the defect valve will cause severe leak pretty soon. Highly recommending Fuse Plumbing service, and Ben.

Yesterday technicians Stefan and Kirill performed the installation of my 65 gallon heat pump water heater and they did a phenomenal job. Very organized, clean and respectful. They were able to answer any questions I had regarding the new water heater (replaced original to the house 13 yr old gas water heater). 100% recommended and looking forward to using them for future projects.

My husband and I reached out to Fuse back in May for an AC installation. It’s now December and the process is yet to be completed. Let me start from the beginning.Our condo is part of an HOA community meaning that we need to follow specific guidelines when it comes to the installation of an AC unit. We reached out to a few HVAC companies, some of which prefer not to service HOA communities due to ‘strict’ guidelines. Fuse was one of the companies that seemed more reputable and was willing to work with us given the guidelines we provided them from our HOA.Frank Parson was the Fuse representative that we were initially in contact with and confirmed that an AC unit could be installed while following HOA guidelines. My husband and I also wanted to make sure everything was up to city code standards so we made sure to purchase permits for the project.A few weeks later our AC installer Aleksei G. came to our condo to start the AC installation. Everything was going well until my husband noticed that the installer was NOT following the HOA guidelines. Fuse had drafted up a diagram that was approved by our HOA Board, but the installer did not follow it.Our HOA manager had to come to our unit during the installation and explain to the installer that wiring and other items on the HOA Guidelines form needed to be redone. Communication was one of the biggest barriers during the installation due to our installer having a very thick accent. We reached out to Frank to express our frustrations and requested to have another installer come out to assist. Frank’s response was ‘I don’t see how that would make a difference.’Our installer had to re-do several items that did not follow HOA standards. This process took several weeks and different installers were sent to assist our original installer. As mentioned previously, my husband and I purchased permits for this AC installation because we wanted everything to be up to city code standards.Back in October we had the final inspection done with a city inspector and several items came up that were NOT up to code. Fuse was notified of the issues and another installer came to fix the issues once again.A second final inspection was expected to happen shortly after, but we have not heard back from Fuse about scheduling this final inspection.My husband and I have called and emailed several times and have yet to receive a response. This whole experience has been super inconvenient. Our attic is located in the closet in our second bedroom and we haven’t been able to put anything back in the closet due to waiting for this project to end.This has felt like a never-ending process and we hope this reaches the appropriate Fuse representative that can help us in completing this process.

Easy to make an appointment. Appointments were available in the same week. Technician showed up on time. Was polite, knowledgeable, and expedient. Easy to pay for services rendered online. Couldn’t be more satisfied.
