I have been using this fedex for printing services for the last month the gentleman Travis is amazing. Super knowledgeable patient and polite. The woman on the other hand is rude. If it wasn't for Travis I would have took my $1,000 order to another location. The 5 stars is for Travis alone.

Had a great experience with the print center. Submitted my document online to be printed in color and the document turned out great! Initially there was an issue with the double sided printing because online system had it flipped on the long side instead of the short side. However, the FedEx staff was willing to help correct this and reprinted my documents using the correct double-sided orientation without charging me extra.

Went in to drop off a package. Friday afternoon and it was completely empty and I was helped right away. If you have a package with a prepaid label, you wouldn't even need to wait in line; they have a little screen where you can scan the label for a receipt and drop the box off.

Great Office Center for Printing and shipping services (among others) located in a easily accessible spot with great parking, average customer service, and an impressive amount of services. Can get busy at times but go at a good hour and you'll be fine. Read further for all services provided:[Services Provided]Here you can do the following things: Ship packages, Fax, Purchase shipping supplies and packages, use computers for internet access, use computers for printing documents from the web, print photos from your phone or a USB drive, and a few other services.[Location]This is a great location in a town center in Santa Clara. There is a movie theatre, restaurants, shopping, and much more. It's located a quick turnoff from highway 101. Plenty of parking, safe neighborhood, and ample lighting!In conclusion, I removed a star for average customer service and an average experience. Definitely will be returning here whenever I have office or shipping needs. Very efficient place.

We went to get some printing and shipping done, person at store Mr. Jeff was so rude to everyone that I come back home and wrote this review. There was another person who said I was here 10 seconds before and had a question but Mr. Jeff told him get out as we have one minute to close and he doesn't care if he was there even 2 seconds before. It was still 5 mins to 6 PM and I had a question and he said we are pushing people out as store is closing. Really bad service and attitude by this employee.

I went here to have them pack and ship items for international shipping. Super smooth! They do lots of stuff here including paper shredding, pack and ship, printing, photo printing, and more.

The staff here are always super nice and go above and beyond with helping me with getting stuff shipped - easily the best FedEx place I’ve ever gone to (which isn’t normally a metric I think about)!

The printing system is very slow. The printers don’t have Other languages alphabet, all the forms I have filled in Chinese printed out blank thanks to that. They only have letter and 11x17 sized paper. I asked if I put the documents in a right way, the staff said yes. But the scan results are in wrong size and direction.
