Worst service ever. Representative made me stand just for no reason. She also would keep asking me to stand aside so she can help other customers but there were no customers behind.

Very pleased with the work done and the help from all the staff everyone super nice and helpful. I got at this store by mistake when I summited the order, but very satisfied with their customer service thanks again for the help :)

Al is the most miserable guy to deal with at this FedEx location. Omg don't get me started... he wears a mask, has a wispy excuse for some lip lettuce, and speaks with the most unfortunate cadence I've ever heard. If you go to this location and speak with Mr. Al, please let him know he sucks massive

This review is for Claudia - shes the best! I came in with a last minute poster print job and she was able to help me get everything printed and managed quickly (all while being super kind even when the store was closing). 10/10 experience all thanks to Claudia's patience and willing to help!

Super rude and passive aggressive dude. I asked for an update about a package because it was unclear on the website. He wouldn't even take the time to check but spent all his energy arguing. Zero customer service.

This is in Walgreens. Waited for 10 minutes and kept pushing the button for an assistant. Nobody show up. Had to leave for another store.

This review is for Pedro. I called to ask how a print label could be printed and he guided me over the phone. Due to technical issues, it had to be completed a different route but when I went there, Pedro was waiting and made the process so much easier. He even had the patience to make sure the package was secured so there would not be any problems to send the package! Thank you Pedro!

Great for quick returns since I already had my label ready on the package. Can’t imagine they’d have much resources like at a main fedex office. Service was very fast, just press the button for assistance
