Really awful if you're calling in for questions or help you will get zero help in a timely manner or at all. They will lie to you and waste a lot of your time when all you want to know is when you'll get your medication. I was trying to get the last box they had for my prescription and they ended up giving it to someone else even after my constant calls to help my other pharmacy to coordinate with this one for days. They lied about ordering it for me and I still don't have my medication. I understand it's back ordered but they need to stop giving me and other people false hope by lying. They've done nothing since I requested to rejoin CVS and this is the experience I was left with.

Inexperienced staff with no knowledge of drugs they are filling. Was picking up a prescription for my mom, described what medicine from her profile it was that I needed for her and was given something completely different and paid for something she hasn’t ever used. I even asked the woman who helped me multiple times if the prescription was the correct one for what I needed, to prevent picking up something incorrect and she responded with “i think it’s this one” without going over any details from eachmedicine. We realized we were given something else when it was too late and had already paid and they don’t offer refunds or any other compensation even though it was completely their fault. They only apologized and head pharmacist said she would speak to her staff but I would avoid this location at all costs. It’s a health and safety violation being given a completely incorrect/unknown prescription and we will be switching pharmacies after this experience.

This pharmacy is a joke!! They have no clue what they are doing!! Always have an issue with this joke of a pharmacy!! Go to ANY other pharmacy!!! Even the Walgreens in the shopping center that is also hell but waaaaaaaaayyyy better!!!

Been waiting to talk to a rep for 30 minutes on the phone and it just keeps ringing. App doesn't find my records. How am I suppose to know if my prescription is ready? I am sick, I don't to go see them in person just to wait in the store

Unbelievable! I tried to fetch my prescription in this cvs. I went there 3 times. For the first time they get off work early than schedule. In the second time they don’t work on Sunday. The third time they say they don’t have medicines and let my wait for some days and don’t know how long I should wait. I called them but no one answered. What a mess!!!

I arrive at 5:20pm today! She think I am drop in person! I waiting more than 20mins!She didn’t give me a flu shot!Actually, I already make an appointment!!!!she let a white women 5:30pm appointment! So rude! This is a discrimination!!! Just I am a not a white person! I!!

I'd give a zero if it was possible. This has to be the worst handled pharmacy. When I try to call in and fill a prescription it accepts the order saying it will be ready tomorrow, then I hang up and I get a text message saying it won't be available for weeks out saying I am refilling to early. So I try to call in to try to speak to someone and wait on hold for ten minutes and get hung up on, not only once but three times. I guess I will go to another CVS since that's where I have to go to pet my insurance.

Scheduled a vaccine appointment at this pharmacy, but was told once I got there that all appointments were canceled because they were understaffed. This is understandable, but they did not contact me ahead of time (and the pharmacist *insisted* that she called EVERYBODY). I even got a reminder text an hour prior to the appointment. There was no apology, and she made me feel like I obviously did something wrong and I need to fix their staffing situation or their glitchy system or their long line of customers. Understaffed, fine. System glitch, fine. Insisting everything is my fault and not apologize for wasting my time, not fine. I don't leave many 1-star reviews, but the customer service here is horrendous.

NEGLIGENCE, avoid at all costs! My wife went to pick up my prescription and they made her wait half an hour. Only after complaining did they did give her it. When she came home I checked and it was only ONE of the two items of my prescription.I went back to get the second half and was made to wait another half an hour. Only then did they tell me that they didn’t have the medicine and that I could either wait another day or go to another location. Absolutely horrid service

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!! DO NOT COME!!!!! One star is way to much for them. They gave mw the wrong medicine and refused to refunded. I don't know how can they get their pharmacy license. Wrong medicine can kill people. I never know pharmacy will give customers wrong medicine.

Horrible experience. They had a bag of filled out prescription (with my name printed) me but were unable to give it because of some random system error while they were able to give medicines to other people. Avoid if at all possible
