The cashier was one rude guy. I asked specifically water with no ice. He handed me a cup of water with ice that was pre-filled. I asked him to give me another cup and he started arguing that he already pre-filled it and it is just water. I asked him again politely and he refused to give me another cup. This was the most bizarre experience that I ever had. The guy shouldn’t be in customer service. I am never visiting this Chipotle again. If the restaurant manager is reading I had this experience around 6.30pm on 11/27/2021.

The service is HORRIBLE just should not have to wait my whole lunch break for my food. also if they wouldn't stand around talk and actually helped customers and the girl with SJ mask her attitude is nasty when calling her out for talking shit. worse service I ever had wnd it's not even the restaurant it's the employees thank make this place horrible they're attitude this place needs corporate help and will be calling corporate on this store

How many times can you place a online pickup order and it's not ready when Chipotle says it will be - doesn't matter what time of the day the order is placed? What's even worse is when you get there to pick up your order and the employees haven't even started making the order - this disappointing experience is not just limited to only this specific location. I am sure the employees are doing the very best they can. It's up to management to figure out how better to run their business and support their front line workers. Adding to the disappointment, if you order multiple burritos, the names are not written on the outside of the burrito - now you have to individually unwrap to see which one is yours - no bueno.

Don’t order here. I ordered through the app for delivery and my whole order was wrong. I also didn’t get my side of guacamole that I paid for. I asked for corn which I also didn’t get as well as salsa on the side. Instead it was placed all over my bowl. It was so spicy I couldn’t eat it. Called the store to speak to a manager but no one answered.

Very long queue and staff prioritizing "to go" orders in a mall? Once again, poor management .... It's amazing how Chipotle can make a profit for its investors. Or a larger one could be made with better store management. Good quality product (which Chipotle does have) plus pump more through the queue = more revenue / profit .... They are doing about 1 person / small group every 5-10 min. Maybe the manager does not understand how Chipotle makes $ (transactions per hour) - demand is certainly there! Sad ... and out of brisket (at lunch hour) and Diet Coke!!!

Wow!! The overall rating for Valley Fair's Chipotle Mexican Grill is in dire need of help, STAT!!! Contrary to what most of the reviews reflect, my visit here wasn't thaaaaat bad. I made the decision to grab Chipotle for lunch since it was quick, easy, and allowed me to be on my way in a timely manner. Sitting down at an actual restaurant with my hungry and tired toddler would not end well... Lines were long but they moved pretty quickly. It definitely helps lighten the load and move along the tedious wait if you already have a good idea of what you want beforehand. Lunch for the day consisted of a steak burrito bowl and a large soda. While most Yelpers are correct in this particular Chipotle being short or out of something [[ALL THE TIME]], them not having any smoked Tabasco sauce on hand wasn't too big of an issue for me. The employee was kind enough to give me a container of their vinaigrette. My gripe is the skimpy portions that are provided here!! With the servings already being so small, simply asking for "extra" ingredients doesn't really get you far with these employees. Lmao. 2.5 stars!! Not the best but could be a lot worst. At least my steak was cooked well...

I ordered a burrito with steak on the doordash app and the first time I get it. It was a bowel with chicken and when they did a redelivery it was a burrito with chicken not steak. And I know it is not doordash dash fault but the store. I don't recommend ordered for delivery only order in store.

The food is fine. The service is horrible. The first girl who started our order would not listen to what kind of meat we wanted on the burrito, so after repeating ourselves 3 times we just made them both the same. The workers were extremely slow and seemed to be upset they were there. It was upsetting to ruin a good lunch with horrible service!!! 0 stars if i could

where do i start? alright service is decent; however, they serve dog food, literally! true story: chipotle: "sorry no fajita" "sorry no steak" "sorry no sour cream" "sorry no guac" okay then a rice bowl with chicken corn and cheese. got home took a bite, chicken must've been old for a few hours left open and dry. there were three cooked bay leaves in my bowl. threw away two plates in the trash. never coming again.

If I can put less then one star I would !!!! I only asked for extra rice and when putting the meat the girl put the meat for me and I didn’t say anything. Once I got to the register they charged me double. I asked lady why? She said because I put extra meat. We’ll I never said put extra meat nor did they tell me ima charge you extra before adding. So I told the lady, I’m sorry I didn’t ask for extra but you can remove that if you like. Instead she mugged me right infront of me and got mad. She told the lady to remake my order and she went to back and called for someone. Everything was okay until she mugged me right infront of me and said “ugh” ? Like really ? That’s not how you treat people when mistakes happens, mostly not mine. Clearly none of her cow workers saw when she mugged me but that was so rude of her.

Worst chipotle I've ever been to. Workers are incompetent and stingy. Please stop acting like giving an extra tablespoon of rice or meat is coming out of your wallet. Whoever manages this location clearly is doing a horrible job considering this place has 1 and a half stars which is the lowest rating I've ever seen any business get on yelp. Also, the queso here is more water than actual cheese.

Pronounced: Chih Pole Tays. They don’t serve bread, which is strange seeing as how the name Chipotle means “Little Bread Shop” in Vietnamese.
