Service at the counter is good. However they have a manager named Ansalmo who believes he's God in their electric business who is very rude with their employees and the boss/owner doesn't know about it, he just thinks he knows. There were drivers who quit because of this managers rude attitude and he fired a few employees who he didn't like because he wanted to bring in his people who he liked where he used to work back at Wesco. The employees who he fired were working there longer than he had been there and they were very good workers. I won't be going there ever again till he's gone

I have used these guys a few times since they are down the street from my shop. They take forever to help you out. The counter person is nice and can be helpful. I do not have a commercial account, so I have had issues trying to return things to them as all cash sales are final but they do not tell you that until you have paid for it. And if they give you a mix or parts and think they are the same. they will not take it back. Which is a bad business practice if you wish to keep a customer. I will not be using them in the future.

Unless you set up an account with this company, they do not accept returns. But all you have to do to set up an account is fill out a form. Once you have an account returns are no problem and they even keep my credit card on file so I can order stuff with an e-mail and pick up the order later. They usually have what I am looking for and their prices are pretty good. Their counter service is good and they often help me find what I a need even though I only have a vague idea of what I need. They happily bring stuff to the counter for me to look at and see if it will work for my purposes and return it to the shelf if it won't work. So this store can work for you if you're not an electrician with a little paperwork.

They don't serve me when I have done all the way to their store It says it's open in the Internet, in the sign of business hours on the entrance door But these guys decide to close till Monday ! So not professional while I'm already in store.

Friendly employees, great prices and selection. I come here at least 4 times a week and all the other reviews are BS. These guys know what they're doing and are more then willing to help.
