Absolutely disappointed in this branch. If you want control of your money, go elsewhere. Manager Van Ness is too much to deal with. They sat my employee in their office for having such a large check to cash or deposit. Questioned what the money was for and why he needed it. None of their business; funds available, CASH OR DEPOSIT that check. I truly believe that if i did not show up in his defense, they would've called the cops. They have access to Transaction and deposit history so i'm not sure why the large amount was even questioned.She spewed policy at me and when i asked for a copy of the check cashing/deposit policy, she said the conversation was "getting too wide," whatever that means. She suggested that we don't have a "relationship" which is ridiculous because I'm there every week and deposit millions of dollars over the past years. I even created a new business account 2 weeks ago because i had faith in this branch. Aside from Aaron, the teller was no help either and literally put the "Window Closed" sign down as i we were in mid-conversation. I have trouble with her EVERY time I'm there.Van Ness the manager then had to go out of her way to VERIFY that the amount in my account wouldn't be recalled which is absurd.Embarrassing is an understatement. My employee had to watch me fight for money that he was entitled to. Money that is clearly available. The manager also had the gall to tell him that "noone buys cars with cash" which is ridiculously rude. Maybe she financed a vehicle and that's HER experience but also NONE OF HER BUSINESS. When i asked her for the regional manager's contact information IN FRONT OF HER SUBORDINATES, she refused and said that she wouldn't give it to me. Obviously she has no faith in her knowledge of policy.After about an hour, she ran out of policy and discrimination tactics and folded like fresh laundry so that he could deposit his check. If you like to be in control of your money, don't bank here. I'll remove my review when/if things are sorted out..

Customer service is in Guatemala. Grrrr. Callback in an hour. Then placed on hold forever. Been a bank of the west customer fir 20 years. I will cancel bmo credit card!

This is one of the best financial institutions that I have had the pleasure of doing business with. The customer service is very good (I do miss the candy on the counter in jars!), 9/10. I've had Internet fraud issues and it was handled fairly quickly and fairly.

I would leave 0 rating if I could. The manager here is not helpful at all. I called the day before to confirm with Yvette if they do signature guaranteed and they said yes if I have account w them. I came here today and it turns out they couldn’t and told me to go to my home bank to verify signature. I opened account online so I didn’t even know where my home bank is, if they told me in advance, I wouldn’t bother to waste my time to come here. Rhea is actually more helpful than the manager, Yvette. The manager acted like she doesn’t care about customer and left for lunch (even thought I overheard the conversation that the lunch is at 11:30 and it was 11:10 at the time) while I was waiting for other banker to give another solution. She left so even if they can verify my signature, I need to come back for her signature! What an attitude! At least give me solutions before saying No to customer!

While I've banked here for years, getting frustrated they allow the homeless to sleep at the ATM entry. I don't feel safe anymore going to this ATM on weekends.

First not many locations open and I been on 3 this is the "better one" today saturday october 16 2022 I called and they said has only 4 people on line and I came at 1042 am and was 7 people on line and only 2 cashiers . If they know they bussy why they don't have more people attending customers? Also at 9am the online banking was out of service how can I check my transactions s with this inconvenience?

This is the worst bank I've ever banked with in my life and I'm not exaggerating. They are so shady, when something is wrong with your account you can't even get through don't expect them to help you out, they'll give you attitude like it's your fault the whole time. Beyond nasty branch manager and assistant branch manager. Signed me up for an account and then a few months later they'll forget about you. It's all about getting you in through the door and not giving a damn later. They need the accounts but the customer service is non existent. Avoid this bank at all costs

I love the people working in there, they are very friendly and have a great sense of humor. The only things that I don't like is it takes forever to get a transaction done when I want to deposit. And my biggest complaint is the drive-up teller. I get so mad when I have to actually open my door, and still lean over and almost still can't reach anything. This drive-up teller is a nightmare. I have 3 other family members who have the same problems as I do, and I'm the one who recommended them to this bank.

super nice friendly ppl. needed to do a wire transfer, patricia, was pleasant, efficient, very nice. also made a deposit, rhea was fantastic.
