Without prejudice visiting from Canada the service of this particular store is below the average service standards of other stores. I visited Apple Park visitor centre amazing service. The store is under staff, no welcome, no acknowledgement for waiting. Hope the best and improvements in service. Thank you

Decided to upgrade my old iPhone 13 Pro Max to the latest iPhone 15 Pro Max on Nov 22, 2023, and my sales person was Charles - this was a huge mistake. Charles lacks basic knowledge of the trade-in and set up processes. Because of his error, my eSIM was not transferred from the old iPhone to new iPhone, before old iPhone was wiped! I got locked out of every single service that was using my phone number as 2FA, and had to go to AT&T to resolve this, now because of that my primary phone number is blocked because of the suspicious activity!!! And I will have to spend HOURS on the phone with AT&T support, not even sure if they will resolve this! Charles should be fired for this, this is totally unacceptable! Also he made me unpair and wipe my Apple Watch, what this has to do with iPhone trade-in??? I had to spend an hour setting it back up!! Charles lacks knowledge of how iCloud storage work, and was pushing me to buy 1Tb iPhone instead of 512Gb, because I'm using more than 512Gb of my iCloud storage - like what is this even? This was so stupid, and unreasonable! FIRE CHARLES, he is a menace to customers!Once again Apple Valley Fair store proven itself to be the worst Apple store, with the store manager Andrew Fray who sends you in pointless circles with Genius bar "geniuses" and pointless "off-site testing" instead of honoring a simple replacement warranty case for AirPods Pro that has AppleCare+ that I paid for, with Genius bar employees who constantly lie to your face "that is not covered by the warranty, we cannot do anything, just pay us" - like read the Apple's warranty first, and see for yourself, it is covered, with sales employees without basic knowledge of the Apple products and lying to you about services - "yes, you will get 3 months of Apple Fitness+ when you buy a new Apple Watch" - in reality, no, you will not get anything, and hours with useless Apple Support online (beware they don't even understand and speak basic English) or on the phone will not solve that issue either, they will just send you a link to the Apple website - WHAT A JOKE! For a company that is so "customer oriented" - this experience time and time again proves the opposite.Choose another Apple Store, this one will harm you in so many ways, in terms of wasted time, wasted money, and will lock you out of your other services like banking!

I schedule an appointment for my iPhone battery replacement. After I arrived, a specialist asked me to sit and wait for another person to come. I was sitting for about 25 minutes waiting for nothing, asked a specialist again and they told me it will take approximately 3 hours to replace a battery. Ridiculous time. Today is Saturday, a lot of people, I do understand that. But I do not understand why Apple doesn’t have any disclaimer, that a situation like this could happen. If I would given a notice that it could take so long, I wouldn’t even bother to come. 1 star for how their schedule system works.

Visiting an Apple store can be a stressful and anxiety-inducing experience. The store is always crowded and noisy, making it hard to focus and relax. I prefer to shop at quieter locations or times, but that is not an option here. I had a scheduled appointment, but the service I expected was not available. The Apple employee was helpful and gave me some good advice and notes for future reference. However, the store environment was still chaotic and overwhelming. It has always been like this, even after they moved to a new location. Parking is also a hassle, as you only have two hours of free time before you have to pay. In summary, this is a busy store with a lot of inventory, but not a pleasant place to visit.

I told them I made a reservation few days later but just want to confirm now if they have the battery for replacement since I don’t want to waste time if they don’t. They told me to make a reservation first and didn’t tell me even I am there in person. I am a little bit lost, not only the people came to buy the latest products are called client.

The Apple Store Manager whose name is Michael Richey was extremely rude and interrupting me whenever I wanted to ask follow up questions or get clarity! I had to escalate the issue with another Superior Department! Apple should NOT hire such people, also he said “you can always give up on our product I don’t care” !

I had a log-on issue with my new MacBook Air and decided to swing by the Apple store at Westfield Valley Fair. Their attentive & abundant staff helped to figure out issue in great time. They have great, professional team and associates always working this location.

I was in the store with my family and we were interested in buying the new iPhone 15 and the store was quite busy (as always on weekends), I get it could get frustrating but I did not appreciate the attitude the young lady gave me at the front of the store.Marcela Was Very Rude.

It was about an hour to closing when we showed up. I walked over to the new iPhone display and compared the size to my current iPhone, feeling out the keyboard on the newer model as I went along through the various sets of phones on the display table until I got to the colors on the phones I wanted to see. I kept trying to see if any team member was available but they were zooming by to other customers or greeters, it seemed. I had been hoping to do a few trade-ins that day, and buy the iPhone 15 Pro. I went to the other side of the store that leads to outside [the mall side is very busy]. There was a group of employees that seemed to be shooting the breeze and not occupied. I walked up and asked for assistance. One of them asked what is it that I need assistance, and I answered that I wanted to buy the new iPhone and do some trade-ins. "Which iPhone?" He asked. I answered I wanted the iPhone 15 Pro. "Ooh I was worried you were going to say the max. We're out of stock of most models." They were out of stock of what I wanted, but it was kind of like a sorry buddy good luck bye type of interaction, so I left without trying to order it or doing a trade in. I felt as if I had interrupted something and that they didn't want to help me trade-in or make a purchase since they were out of stock of most things. I will take my business to other Apple stores and not waste my time with the terrible parking at this mall and the snobby attitudes of even the customer service folks around Valley Fair.

Nice and beautiful store with many new products to test out. The environment is crowed because it located in the most convenient place. Test the new Apple product s while waiting for your turn at Cheese Cake Factory or Bamboo Shushi.

I had this issue with my MacBook Pro. It wouldn't turn on. Dan was there to help me fix this issue. He spent the time troubleshooting all possible problems and narrowed it down to lack of storage. I needed to get my laptop turned on without erasing it. He did everything he could to make sure that I didn't lose all my data. He is a hero and with 6 years of experience at apple he was able to save the day. I highly recommend him if you're dealing with an issue similar to the one I encountered. I noticed his avatar on his work name tag had a wizard cap and this is speaks volumes because he definitely a wizard when it comes to apple products. I am so glad I had him to help and resolve this issue. Life saver 100%! Thank you Dan, you're the man!

Good experience with the Apple team. I made an appointment online the same day and went there. The wait was around 5 minutes and after that, my service tech, Dan, helped me with a keyboard sticky key issue. He was able to resolve my issue successfully even though I didn't have Applecare.
