Small Ethiopian grocery store. They have some spices and small selection of groceries. Not a lot of fresh stuff. They do have teff injera for $7 for 5 count. Very polite and nice shop owners.

You need to call ahead to reserve your injeras. They generally get them around 10:30 in the morning. Types are white teff, brown teff, teff mixed with barley (80-20) and mixed one with self rising flour (not sour in taste)

Fresh injera. Seems like they get it fresh every day. My boyfriend approves and he is from Ethiopia. We have been getting injera from here for 2 years. They have white and black teff injera. Also well stocked with essential spices and dry goods to make wot. I believe they have awaze and spiced butter as well. Workers are very courteous and nice and ask about your day and what you will be cooking. They helped me bring the injera to my car when I was wearing my baby to pick it up.

Our fave Ethiopian grocery. They don't have a liquor license though so no Ethiopian beer or wine are sold but it doesn't matter, owner was nice enough to suggest a place that does. Anyway, the spices, beans/lentils, chili paste and spiced butter are all reasonably priced, well-stocked and of good quality. It's worth driving from the Peninsula down to Santa Clara when I'm in the mood to make kitfo.

Our go to place for any ethiopian stuff. We've always bought our Injera from here & made the side dishes at home. The first time I bought Injera from here was also the first time buying ethiopian spices, and the person at the counter was very friendly and guided me on what I would need for cooking/ how to cook the dishes. :)
