I was super excited to be at the stadium and in the fan store while visiting from Germany. I paid cash for the pictured glass below. More on the glass in a minute. The guy at the register took my cash and walked away without saying a word. He came back with my “change“ on a Visa card instead of giving me cash back. At least communicate what’s going on and tell me my options before walking away please.
The glass didn’t survive the first washing. What a horrible quality. Don’t buy this particular glass. It’s a waste of money. What a joke.

Hatte mir eine größere Auswahl an New Era Caps erhofft. Denke ein Fan findet hier sonst sicherlich was cooles. Der Store ist aussrrdem aus der Stadt sehr schlecht zu erreichen. Besser man nimmt das Auto. Ansonsten ein schöner Store, gross, sauber und sehr freundliches Personal. Würde aber wohl nicht noch mal hingehen, ausser wenn ich ein Spiel besuche.

When I went there, I parked my car at the parking lot near the 49ers giant helmet along the Centennial Blvd for free.

I'm not a 49ers fan but I will say that I really like the store. If anyone gets the chance to be in California and close to the 49ers stadium. Go to the store.

Too many people if you go game day. Go the day before and even after you will have the store to yourself almost. It is overpriced compared to the same or better merchandise sold online or at other retailers. But it's part of the experience if you're in town visiting for a game you gotta go once or twice.

Great store to visit! workers are very friendly and nice, a Salesperson named Justin helped us above and beyond, helping is find sizes and checking stocks in the back. We'd like to come back again as it has exceeded our experience!

Great store if you want Niners gear. They have just about anything that you would ever want. They have jerseys, jackets, T-Shirts, hats, hoodies, window magnets, shot glasses, cups and a host of things that may interest you. You won't be disappointed here if you're a fan of the Niners!!

Dear John Lynch,I don't understand why the hiring managers are hiring young people who are on their phone consistently, instead of trying to help customers. When I asked a few different people for help on the floor, they looked at me pissed off and were very rude. Like as if I'm bugging them to help. The girls continued to flirt and talk to boy employees. You have a bunch of them just standing around and yelling at customers that they are not doing custom jerseys. The custom Jerseys are backed up. SMH, why don't all of you help the person doing them! Management needs to do a restructure on their young employees, who know nothing about customer service. I'm a season ticket holder, and did not get my discount. Now I have to go back there. This is horrible.
