Super frustrated with this store these days. It used to cater to the working woman but no more! With their new hours since the pandemic they're no longer open past 5 pm weekdays nor on Sundays. When are working women supposed to shop? Only on Saturdays? Life is busy. Give us more options!

I love this Talbot's. The store is doing everything to make your shopping experience safe and fun during COVID-19. They provide sanitizer on entry, all staff wear face masks, social distancing is enforced and they quarantine the clothes customers try on before they put them back out on the floor. Esther the stylist was wonderful, she helped me by bringing clothes she thought I'd like, allowing me to stay in my dressing room socially distanced from other customers. She is very good at her job as I came home with clothes I love and upgraded my wardrobe! The manager was great and made sure everyone was honoring the masks and social distancing in a polite and respectful way.This was the first no grocery/pharmacy that I have visited since March; I felt safe and had a wonderful time.

I'm a long time Talbots customer and have loved their classics and have been a fan of their sales for years. I split my time between San Francisco and Santa Barbara and was glad that the La Cumbre store continued after so many other locations closed. After my most recent experience at Talbots, I thought it was time to let management know they need to up their game in regards to the people they hire and retain at the store. The current manager has been there for many years, but she has lost touch with today's consumers needs, and the last few times I've been there, the store was poorly stocked, visual displays were ignored and most importantly, she was more concerned with answering personal phone calls, and ignoring customers. Additionally, I had to order the size and colors I needed/wanted online. I very much want to remain an loyal in-store shopper at Talbots, but understand that the people are what make me want to shop the store, and not online. Improve the people experience, or its just simpler and more pleasant to shop online.

The ladies that work here are lovely and helpful. I find clothing that is flattering. I am environmentally sensitive and the fabrics do not have chemical smells so I am able to find things that I can tolerate as well. Good quality and nice place to shop

I was a patient when the new section was recently opened, it just blew my mind, the attention was excellent, everyone was very professional, hospital is very clean and the service is fantastic. I came to see a family member in ICU. Thank you Cottage Hospital and to all the staff for your care to our love ones.
