My husband and I had my engagement ring designed by Rafi and it is perfect. We had two stones from a family ring and were looking for the right center stone to match. We also wanted to design the setting to be modern, but also have design aspects that reflected the original ring. We went to a couple different jewelers, but Rafi and the team at Silverhorn Jewelers stood out with their welcoming nature and a genuine desire to help us design the perfect ring for us.

Having a long professional background in customer service, this store rates high up there. I had the exceptionally nice experience recently on a random birthday trip in beautiful Santa Barbara to stumble into this store and got a most welcoming, pretense-free buying experience. Without a doubt I will recommend this place to my personal and professional circle in the market for top tier quality bling and sought after Rolex wrist toys. I mean there's several similar stores to go to but when you get a genuine warm welcoming smile and high quality service, it just as rare as those gems on display. OMG!!! I'm in love with this place... For starters... I like to specially thank Carole for my beautiful OYSTER PERPETUAL COSMOGRAPH DAYTONA WHITE MOTHER-OF-PEARL 8 DIAMONDS 40MM SOLID GOLD ROLEX she had special ordered for me! Also, she put a rush expedite shipping as well which got to me before my birthday and Valentine's Day! I'm soooooooo thankful and very pleased with the way her staff and herself had treated us regarding quick response time and efficiency towards all my calls and questions! My turn! My fiancé purchased my engaent ring from here and it is beautiful. I really like classic rings but I wanted something a little different to make mine unique. Silverhorn created the perfect ring for me! It looks like a classic cushion cut halo but from the side angles, it is lined with black diamonds that are by visible from the top view. It's amazing and I absolutely love it!

My husband bought me a beautiful diamond bracelet here. A few months later I had a minor problem where one of the safety clasps wasn't working properly. I was a little nervous about mailing it even though they offered to pay the shipping via FedEx, and I have an event coming up this weekend, which I explained to someone at the store. So the salesperson that sold it to us, Katie Paxton (who is also one of the genuinely sweetest and funniest people we have ever met) upon speaking with the owner, drove down all the way to our home in Los Angeles to fix it!!! The best customer service ever! We know where we will be going to purchase the diamond earrings to go with the bracelet :)

Took my fiance here to add sizing bumps after I proposed because here ring was 1/4 a size too large. I was really paranoid about her losing it so we did it the day after I proposed. They were very friendly and accommodating since we were leaving town and placed sizing bumps on the ring in a couple hours. The service was excellent and the price was very reasonable. While we were in the store my fiance and I browsed their jewelery. All I can say is that I am glad we don't live nearby or I would be broke. Their craftsmanship is excellent and my fiance liked most of their jewelery, she is quite picky when it comes to jewelery too. I'm sure I will visit this place again when we are in SB. I'd like to give this place one star because it is gonna cost me some $$$ in the future, but they have some really nice jewelery and excellent service.
