Watch the ads...it's a " Fresh Faire" so prices are higher than normal ralphs for no reason. The bum slalom at their outdoor seating area makes shopping with kids a challenge. Newly remodeled but same bad experience.

Store manager is horribly unprofessional, watched him damn near assault a customer who he thought was homeless. The customer was making his way to check out when he was stopped and grabbed and berated by the manager. The customer even tried to show him he had money. Store manager is in dire need of training.

AVOID this location at all COSTS. They never have enough checkers, the staff is nonexistent and unhelpful, the store is filthy and barely stocked. It's as if it never came back from the pandemic. Seriously: lines reaching back 10-15 people deep in the middle of the day and the line I was in had a checker who had clearly never seen a cash register. This is recurring problem: it is like that wherever and whenever I've tried to shop there. And I'll never even try again. If one could give 0 stars, that's what this location deserves. If only corporate would do something about it! If only they'd hire a manager who actually managed this mess.

The new organization of the store is disorganized, nonsensical, and predatory. There are three aisles of alcohol that are completely blocking access to the bread, dried meats, and nuts. I appreciated that before this reorganization, the alcohol was designated to ONE aisle that you could completely avoid. Now, you need to walk through multiple aisles of liquor and alcohol to reach basic needs. And also the organization makes no sense - for example, lunch meats on one aisle and soup on the other... what? ridiculous.

I like this Ralphs location. The deli department can improve. No acknowledgment by employees for waiting customer. Waiting awhile. Ask passing employees if anyone is at station. Point to general area stating she is the only one working there. Waiting again, I ask other employee if anyone is working the deli. Told to wait. Considerable time passing between asks. Ask passing general manager that works in the little room. who's in charge of the deli area? Was told she wasn't working today. Suggestion to Ralph's Fresh Fare. At minimum acknowledge a customer when seen waiting. Perhaps the deli is understaffed even seeing 5 people behind the counters with no customers waiting. Hope this helps Ralph's improve.

IF you like lots of parking, a security person to greet you at the entrance/exit, employees to assist customers, & a pharmacy...hello!! That's right, shop and pick-up your medicine or get vaccinated. (Great pharmacy crew too!) To be honest... IF you don't mind limited selections & driving all over, sure you can find better prices elsewhere. IF you don't mind paying higher prices and limited selections, sure you don't have to wait in line to checkout. IF YOU PREFER... a parking spot right away, a great selection of fresh produce & everything else at fair prices, a convenient pharmacy, good customer service, & a relatively quick checkout... shop here!!

I found it to be a good supermarket where there were quite a few offers, all well indicated, very friendly and helpful staff, it was clean and there is almost everything.
