Had my engagement ring redone at Patco for our 50 th wedding anniversary . The results were fantastic! So pleased with all the work I have ever had done at Patco. Definitely the place to go!

So glad I went with Patco to resize my engagement ring. It was my fiance's grandmother's ring and she was a tiny woman. They resized it about a full size larger, in one week, and for the grand total of $75 plus tax. For reference it was a thick band, 18K gold with a center stone and some smaller diamonds set directly in the band. Quick and easy to work with and the ring looks beautiful, you would never know I had it resized. Obsessed!

I didn't have the knowledge or tools to set an inexpensive timepiece. First watch store I went to blew me off. Didn't see any money in helping me. In and out of Patco Jewelry in 10 mins and they refused to take any money. Beautiful store. Quality people.

I had the chain of a necklace that was very sentimental to me break. I was worried about taking it to a jeweler in Santa Barbara as I am not from here and am only here for college and will be leaving very soon to go home for the summer. I dropped my necklace off at Patco last week and let them know that i would be leaving soon and they must have rushed the repair because I was able to pick it up less than 1 week later. They did a beautiful job with the repair, had great customer service, and they polished it and everything so it's good as new! I will be coming back next year for school and am very grateful to have a jeweler I trust to do my future repairs.

Patco was the only place in Santa Barbara that could remove links on my Rolex jubilee bracelet. I highly recommend them for your watch needs. They have multiple employees and their service is quick and professional. They have a watchmakers hours which I attached a photo of. Great prices too

I have been going to Patco for nearly 20 years, mostly for jewelry repair, which was always excellent. I also acquired a few pieces of estate jewelry. It wasn't until I lost the diamond out of my engagement ring that I wondered if Patco could help me. I knew I trusted them. To my delight they resized my too loose wedding ring and my 54 year old engagement ring looked like new sparkling with its new diamond. Patco has also transformed two necklaces with small pendants into lovely dangling earrings. I cannot recommend Patco more highly.

Tucked in on a little corner in Santa Barbara, lies this jewel of a shop. They are the go to place for jewelry pair, and watch batteries. They even took care of very high-end, watch brands. The turnaround time was one day. Mario has a lovely smile and did a great job. We had gone to a different watch repair place in Montecito that took weeks and was three times the price.At $15 per watch battery no matter the brand and the other time with the special screws, we thought we had such a deal. I had to give a cash tip. We are waiting for the other jewelry repair items from putting in a loose stone, putting in a new stone and 18 karat replating. They have a parking lot and back that's small that you can easily pop in there.The security is very good. It's two doors and they buzz you in.If you're looking to buy some thing, they have a mix of estate jewelry and consigned jewelry pieces.Everyone is friendly and helpful and engender confidence and trust.

Recently, I lost the center stone to my engagement ring and went to a few jewelers in town for advice on replacing the stone and potentially the setting as well. It was busy inside, which I took as an encouraging sign that I was in the right place! I was assisted by Suzanne and told her of all of my wedding ring woes. Suzanne was empathetic and understanding--even though my ring is on the modest side, she never treated me like a second-class customer (which sadly has happened with other jewelers). She even complimented the design of my ring while letting me know it was a bit too dainty and fragile to last. She then got to work showing me different diamond sizes and band sizes that could be used to design a ring similar to mine, just much more durable! She gave me several quotes to fit my budget and customization preferences. She even offered to reuse the gold and diamonds in my ring into my new ring. Even though we're disappointed about losing a part of my engagement ring, we are excited to do business with Patco Jewelers and know they will deliver on all our wishes. While we still need to make a decision on the final ring design, I am confident the finished product will be perfect and I look forward to updating the review then!

Brought in our own gold to make a custom, very sentimental piece. Item ultimately cost double and took two months longer than the original quote. We asked for something subtle/matte and the piece came over very dominant and shiny. I came in and selected the font for the text and jeweler went with a different font without alerting us because original font would not fit on the piece. The solder between end product and provided chain broke twice within first few months and jeweler charged me for the repair.
