Went to Finish Line inside Macy’s for a pair of Stan Smith’s. They only had size 11. Looks to me that they don’t carry a lot of shoes and sizes at this location. You might want to call first and save yourself a trip.

Macys is one of the last few Department stores that has survived. When you have an event & need to find the proper dress or outfit, or if you have limited time - Macys can be counted on to have good selection.

More Like a Ross there a Macy's. They don't seem to carry anything fashionable. Almost like they sent all the Macy's sale items to one store. They have zero fitted fashionable clothes . I usually come here because there's a special event that I did not plan for and I'm trying to find something nice to wear but I usually end up leaving and just figuring it out somehow. Everything that's OK is still about $100 and it's something that I would never wear again.

Made an online purchase and never received an email confirmation and a purchase receipt. I spent about 40 minutes on two online chats over the course of two days and could not get my purchase receipt. There are no customer service phone numbers they only have useless generic FAQ's on their website for customer service or their useless live chat service where I was finally given an email address (
[email protected]) and sent them an email. I received an automatic response saying ... "Email Support Unavailable (Do Not Reply)... Oops! You've replied to an invalid email address, but don't worry, we have self-service options for you. Here are our FAQs and self-service links: What is the status of my order? How do I return my items? Need additional help information? If you still need further assistance, click here to chat with our virtual agent 24/7. Live chat agents are available 9 AM - 12 AM ET. Or call (800)-289-6229 to speak with a Macy's Customer Service Representative 9 AM - 12 AM ET (Holiday exceptions may apply). After much searching through their website, I finally found a "Feedback" link where I filled out an online form and requested a follow-up via email. I have no faith that I will receive my receipt. I was hesitant about ordering from them in the first place but the price was a little less than Amazon. Never again will I purchase anything from Macy's. Now I know why they keep closing stores and will probably be out of business soon. Worst customer service ever. So sad for a company that has been around since 1858!

They no longer have high end brands just Macys brands. No impulse department. Even Free people is gone.

love this department store, sales never end, aware that shopping online popular yet certain items need to see in person. which they stock up the bedding department, shelf totally empty sheet towel. the front entrance so much stain and spill a mechanic shop less stained why not keeping the front entry clean.

(Minus the star I had to leave in order to write this) This location would not transfer an item to a different Finish Line store closer to my location even when I said I would be paying for it there. They expected me to spend $30 on gasoline to drive to their location to purchase a pair of $35 shoes. I was told, "We don't do that" when I asked if the transfer could be made. I know people may ask, "why didn't you order them online," however I did and the ones that I received were discolored and I wanted to be able to see the replacements I was about to buy in order to assure there were no defects. I think they should change their business model if they would like to be/stay profitable in the future. I buy shoes regularly and I will now make it a point to boycott Finish Line and shop at their competitors. If you do decide to go to this location and waste your money please be sure to tell their manager and employees, "Your policies suck" for me. Have a great day.

I'm giving an extra star for them for still being in Santa Barbara at all. For a town with pathetic shopping you would think that Macy's would stock the store, hire good sales people, and have fun events... Yet, they don't. Again, my wife went to wear her new top today and found the security tag the cashier insisted she removed. To make even worse, the security system doesn't seem to work; she left with the tag on again. Dear Macy's, please invest some money into the Santa Barbara store. You would have the entire city shopping there. As it is, your inventory is low, the store is rundown, and the employees don't seem to care. SB Local

If there was a negative rating, I would have used it. our Macys store has long been the worst in the chain but now they have hit an all time low. just go to the second level and you are magically transported to T J Max. I am beyond discussed with this company.

What a dump!! the carpets look like they were vomited on the clothes were a mess, I expected a lot more from Macys. Apparently they don't care so I'll take my business elsewhere.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! went in here to simply buy a pair of shoes and walked out without any. I had to ask 3 different people if i could get help and never got any! first i was rudely told someone would be over in a second, proceeded to wait 20 minutes, where i then kindly asked another woman if i could get help and she told me to ask someone else, so I asked the next lady who told me "sorry that shoe section is closed for the day." so i walked back downstairs and spoke with Patty, the only kind and helpful lady in the building who reassured that the shoe section was not in fact closed. If your going to work in customer service at least try to be nice or helpful in the slightest bit. take some pride in your job, it's almost embarrassing!! will not be coming back
