I had a wonderful experience today - Friday, 4/5/24 around 3pm. I first called earlier and talked to Myla; told her I was in town visiting and needed to repair and adjust my Rolex presidential bracelet. One of the pins fallen out. When I arrived, Scott Harwin greeted me promptly, and addressed my dilemma. There was no charge.

Went in to buy a gift today. I spent a half hour with the salesperson picking out a nice necklace. I was told the price would be $1,600. I asked if they would gift wrap it, and they said sure and we closed the deal. Then the sales person came back saying the necklace was actually $5,000 and we should start over. I said, No, I would take my business elsewhere. It was not a good experience.

I like giving my business to nice people. Recently, I needed a spring post to reconnect my watch band for a brand they don't even sell. It was fixed in 2 minutes, no charge and a kind smile. That is the definition of "customer service" and "paying it forward"....plus it was fun looking at the watches they sell.

Went in to get the battery replaced on my watch and while waiting, ended up thinking I was having early term labor contractions. I was in so much pain and the staff showed kindness beyond what can even be expressed in words. They ended up taking care of my daughter, slipping my repaired watch in my purse and driving me the hospital. If you are looking to do business with people who aren't concerned with getting anything in return, these are your people. So much gratitude for Bryant and sons!

We are 0/2 at Bryant and Sons. We went six months ago as I was wanting to buy myself a Cartier watch. The woman was barely helpful and not offering suggestions of what might work based on what I was looking for. Also rude in general. We ended up leaving and instead I drove to the Cartier store south and had impeccable service. Yesterday we went to try on a Breitling for my husband and they didn't have much knowledge on the brand even though they had many of their watches. The sales person twice referred to my husband as a "big guy" even though he is 5'9" - compared to the size of the watch. Assume he was talking about his weight. Another sales person (I think the owner) came over long enough just to mock my question on the size difference. We walked out. We again will drive south and buy from pros who know how to sell watches and dont make us feel crappy about walking in their store.

I took my 2 carat ring in to get the prongs tightened. The first time I picked it up there was a missing little diamond. The second time I picked it up there was a scratch on the large stone and the prong was damaged. They did not want to take responsibility. So, I ended up having to report my ring to insurance to replace the stone and repair the damage that they did to my ring.

The team at Bryant & Sons take customer service to the next level. I fell in love with a Kwiat ring over a decade ago. when I mentioned it to my sales person, she asked me to text it to her. She not only found the only one remaining but arranged to have it shipped to the store without me even asking. She texted me when I arrived. I went in to see it on her day off and purchased it. She called me on her day off to share her excitement and ensure that I received an appraisal.

ROWENA (yes I am shouting) Is the absolute best. If you ever want to get a ring or help with design or anything like that you have to go to Rowena. She was with me every step of the way, sent me texts, called me and after all was said and done she sent me a picture of my beautiful ring.
