My sister, son and I were on a road trip through CA and we were in Santa Barbara. While sitting in our hotel room an ad came up for Anna Janelle for permanent bracelets. I had never heard of this and went to Anna Janelle's website which was full of information. I told my sister about it and we decided to see if we could make an appointment for the next day, but none were available. We decided to stop in after breakfast to see if we could do walk in. I'll be honest, we had a hard time locating the store in the plaza but once we did it was a cute store. The owner greeted us and we asked about the permanent bracelets. She happily explained the process, told us about the gold used and showed us the options available. There was no wait for the service. We both selected the same chain and the process took about 10 minutes for fitting and welding. I also found a few other cute items in the store. Even my son loved the store and the jewelry. I could not have been more happy with my experience and the items I purchased. I will definitely be a repeat customer ordering from the online store.Thank you Anna Janelle for my beautiful bracelet and ring I purchased!

I love their jewelry! I did buy a bracelet, it was beautiful and dainty, exactly what I look for in a bracelet! However the bracelet was so thin and delicate, it kept braking. I even sent it back to be repaired only to brake again. Unfortunately, the bracelet didn’t even last a year, I had it for about 6 months. It broke too many times so I had to get rid of it. I do plan on buying another one, just a bummer.

I am obsessed with Anna’s Jewellery. I must own at least 5 necklaces, and even got one of her permanent bracelets in the most delicate paper clip chain. Anna is also an absolute delight, nothing is too much trouble and she really cares about her customers, as do her fantastic team who work at the store. Her designs are beautifully crafted with such high quality materials. If you are visiting or live in SB, you must pop by her store.
