I just had a terrible experience at Windsor Fashions. My 11 yr old daughter and I (I'm an older mom) went shopping for a party dress. While she was trying on dresses in an end stall, I pulled up a stool outside her dressing room (out of the way and against the wall) so I could rest my aching feet. An employee (whom I was later told was the manager) told me I could not sit there. I explained I would not leave my minor child. I then moved to where I was told I could sit, only for another employee to come a few minutes later and inform me I couldn't sit there either. She said I could sit somewhere outside the dressing rooms. I explained I would not leave my minor child. I asked for the manager and she refused to get her or tell me her name. My daughter and I left. We will not shop at a place with such inconsiderate, unhelpful employees.

Large collection of prom dresses, helpful store girls especially Daisy (thank you Daisy), nice clean (curtain base) trial rooms. It is large store with lots of dresses, a must visit. Ample and designated 3 level parking lots (free), with charging points for electric vehicles. Nice clean Santa Ana shopping mall.Around 5pm it's quite busy, so come little early and that would give you quick access to trial rooms.

I don't like that you can't exchange or return the dresses! I had an event and I wanted to change the dress I bought the next day because I like another one better and they wouldn't let me, and when I washed it and ironed it to wear it, the material was terrible, terrible quality for almost 90 Dolores that I paid!

Lots of selection, and price point is definitely great! The workers were friendly and outgoing. It's nice to be able to try on dresses instead of online ordering

The Windors at Main Place Mall is clean and organized. More than that, they have Angel who is the BEST associate I have ever met at a Windors. Angel is such a huge asset to the store. I was in desperate need of a dress for a wedding and Angel helped me chose out the perfect dress. I felt so beautiful and so elegant the day of the wedding and it's all thanks to Angel. I will be returning to the Main Place Windsors location but only because of Angel.

Good selection for proms and graduation. Came to find a promotion dress and they were able to order the size we needed and it was delivered within 2-3 days on memorial day weekend. Definitely quick service.

I understand it was almost time to close. But I was being rushed while trying on 3 tops and I didn't have time to try the last top so I just decided to get it and when I got home I realized the top was ripped. This is why you don't rush people out. Very rude .

I've been shopping here for years for dresses for dances for my daughter. I even shopped here myself years ago. They always have something and their prices really aren't that bad. Especially when you hit their sale racks at the end of the year after the holidays or them after proms are done.

5/2022: This review is specifically for their online customer service/resolution department and has nothing to do with the service in-store. I warn you, if you purchase something online and decide to return it I recommend taking the item IN PERSON; DO NOT RETURN VIA USPS! The process itself was easy. Their store (OUTLETS AT ORANGE) did not have the size I needed so they offered to ship it for free (free shipping with no minimum when ordering in the store). I ordered 2 sizes, returned the size I did not need (free returns, usps label provided). Received an email a week later confirming they received my return, and a few days later another email confirming a credit was issued back to my card. After 2 weeks, several phone calls, and a handful of emails to their customer service dept I notified them that the credit had not posted to my account; they said there must be an issue with my bank. Eventually I had to file a claim; my bank immediately issued a credit to me while the investigation was in progress, and finally after 2 months determined that Windsor was at fault. Beautiful dress, by the way!! My daughter was so happy with it!
