The mail carriers from this office are lazy and have no pride in their job. They will deliver a package and can't even take a second to knock or ring the bell to let the resident know that a package has been delivered. Today, I was able to see on my ring doorbell, the mailman run up with the package over his head, and drop it on the porch, it was barely sprinkling. Oh no, he's going to melt!!! We have a note, in big black letters, right next to the mailbox, instructing all delivery people to ring the bell. I have called numerous times and complained about the mail person not ringing the bell, but the manager was more upset that I had somehow obtained their number than the person not doing their job correctly. Porch pirates are having a heyday out there, some of this can be avoided if, the resident is informed that a package has been delivered. Take a second, make a difference, ring the bell or knock. It's not that hard. Kids do it on Halloween all the time.

Horrible parking. Worst place for pre-paid package drop-off: there's no drop box, and the designated desk for leaving packages is right next to the EXIT. The attendants here often leave the front desk without taking the prepaid packages, just leaving them out--anybody can grab a package and walk out easily. Plus, there is a middle school a block away with many kids coming through this area. Luckily, there are much better post offices nearby.

I have to give it up to the manager Phat and his team for helping me locate a missing package. The Donkey ebay seller put 2 addresses on the package and they helped me 100%. The post office workers don't get the respect they deserve and we always blame them. They did there job, it's sometimes really bad businessman online that make them look bad. Hands off to the Diamond Station Greenville. Top notch world class.

Don't go here for any USPS services! The guy (heavy weight) sorry didn't get his name but is not helpful whatsoever! Terrible service! Do your effing job and help your customers if they need help! Sucks at communicating and just sits there! Will never come back here anymore! Slow and poor service!

Tried dropping off packages that were pre labeled thinking it would make the life of the worker easier , he told me couldn’t because the max was 3 without some type of sheet . Makes zero sense and I’ve never had an issue . This place is one of the worst

The worst customer service I’ve ever experience. The gentleman taking care of the facility is so unhappy and miserable that I feel sorry for him.I hope he finds a job when he is content.Stopped at this location on two occasions , December 16th , & December 19th 2022. Both times the gentleman was effortless rude. Unbelievable!

My mother went here to mail something and their was this white man I believe and my mom doesn't speak English that well so she doesn't use it but this time she was using what she could and this man said "we are in America you have to speak English" so my mom felt humiliated and embarrassed so she went to another post office and I was going to go down and ask what his roblem was but my mother asked me not to but if this ever happens again I will do something about it because this is not ok it is called racism and discrimination.

I'd rate it no stars if i could. This government agency is on it's way out hopefully. The associates are lazy, managers are terrible at their job, and the drivers put the mail in wrong boxes... Just close your doors already and stop wasting my tax money...

Attempted to return a prepaid package only to be turned away and told I had to go to FedEx. Went to FedEx only to be told it goes through USPS. Went to a different USPS and explained the situation and they confirmed they can accept it. Horrible customer service that can’t distinguish what packages they can and can’t accept.
