This office is more concerned about dealing with passports instead of the mail. It’s ridiculous to wait forever to mail packages. HIRE MORE PEOPLE. One person working regular mail. HIRE A PERSON FOR PASSPORTS AND HANDLE THE LINE OUT THE DOOR DOWN THE ROAD. Pathetic awful service and they do not care

I was having issues with a package that was about to be returned to sender. EXTREMELY IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS I called and the gentleman who helped me (unfortunately I did not get his name) got the job done and got it delivered when he said it would! I am so thankful for him. I wish I could thank him again! THANK YOU GUY!

The staff were so lovely and helpful! I had a package that accidentally got sent back and they helped us get it just before it left.Huge shoutout to Elaine. She’s such a joy, was a superstar is getting out package and lit up the whole place with her smile! Thank you ?

I was having issues with my mail delivery and the customer service supervisor Eileen was so helpful, I gave her a Christmas card. Eileen tracked down the issue and provided so much assistance and answered all of my questions with ease and humor. The rest of the staff appeared knowledge and quick to process people so the line went fast.

The manager (didn’t get her name but the manager was a black woman with blond braids), she came in today on her day off to check on a new employee, she saw an extra long line and stepped in to delegate an effective process to get everyone through which included sitting down to process customers as well. I love to see managers checking on their staff and stepping in momentarily when needed!

When you need help on the phone so you call them 30 mins while they’re still open and won’t answer your multiple calls. Wow. Where’s the help when you need it

Although not perfect, and it"s business has been impacted by private competitors, I am grateful for the convenience of, and services offered by the United States Postal Service.Thank you folks for sending my packages, collecting my mail, and selling me stamps over the years.

Horrible service. Came here for fingerprint service as per being a location based on the USPS lookup. Hours for fingerprinting are supposed to start at 9a but when I got there at 10a, the associate that was supposed to do it, when I asked said wait 20 mins as they are working on something else with a bit of an attitude. I'm just asking when you're gonna be ready, no need to throw me shade. Came back 22 mins later and they are still not ready and instead of offering solutions like, proposing someone else help me or another location, she doesn't and does not commit to a time to be done to help me other than wait.I do empathize that, this location needs more staff.

HORRIBLE PLACE!My mother who doesn’t speak English went to renewal her passport. The unprofessional employee was being extremely rude!!The rude employee told my mom she should have brought a translator even though the lady spoke Spanish. (racist)My mom was asking her questions and she would roll her eyes every time and would answer in English. This location is in Santa Ana when 90% of the community is Hispanic. The people in line noticed and even felt bad for my mother.Places like this should NOT have racist employees!!! (08/14/2023 AM Employee Marlen*)

The USPS personnel in this facility are on top of it ! There was a small mishap with one of my packages but Elliot handled it in a timely manner. Marlene was incredible helpful & knowledgeable. Packages are being stolen that are headed to PSA for Authentication. Nothing is being done. There is a thief or thieves in this post office. Beware

Packages are getting stolen by workers here avoid at all cost it has been happening multiple times at this facility. They refuse to help with the issue and the government will not help with the situation. Everytime a package goes thru here I never receive it something has to be done.

I don't know who does the training here...but wtf. I went in yesterday and this poor little old lady who could barely speak a lick of English was trying to get a cashiers check? I don't know...some sort of check and the postal worker helping her (Hispanic? wavy hair) was literally yelling out the amount $1000+ bucks, she said it like 5 times, like what is wrong with you, are you trying to get this poor little old lady mugged? Like have some common sense and try to be a little more discreet when helping clients with large sums of money. Also don't know if the lady was be condescending by continually speaking to her loudly in English but if someone else can better assist her and help her out in Spanish then pass her along to the next postal worker. Luckily, one of the guy's in front of me was able to translate for her.
