Very poor administrative handling at the Oceanside CA location. I've been trying to cancel my membership for over a month, the gym contact is unresponsive, ABC fitness solutions can only cancel the auto payment and it's impossible to reach headquarters. Just disputed the charge, hopefully that helps move towards resolution.

This gym is definitely money hungry. I started my membership with a family plan for $440 per person each on April 2022 and they wrongfully made an ADDITIONAL charge including $440 only on my credit card for $11,79.00 under a different person’s name. After going back and forth with the bank and the gym, nothing has been done. The general manager Rafael was not much help either. I have contacted corporate as well. Everyone should be careful with their money with this gym. Even after 8 months, I am still trying to get my money back.

Absolute garbage! Customer Service is non-existent.I cancelled my services and kept on getting charged, multiple calls and time wasted. The manager at Aurora Location is brilliant at not doing his job.Pathetic!SincerelyEX CUSTOMER!

I do not recommend to attend this gym it seems to be very impossible for someone to contact you back also managers are in capable to assist you with any of your questions and concerns don’t waste your time there’s plenty of other gyms were capable to help you

Signed up for 3 year membership, when UFC gym became UFC fit, membership transferred over (San Diego, CA). Coaches are all great and they truly help, the atmosphere feels like family and they push you towards your goals. Management however, they lack communication, knowledge of their own contracts and they pass the hot potato to each other. Relocated to Seattle, and per the contract, I was entitled to a prorated refund. When I tried to cancel, manager did not know what the process for cancellation was, and it has been 10 months and no refund has been issued. Moreover, manager ignores all sorts of emails. Management pushes you to sign up and commit to 3 years. Will be filing report to BBB.

Recieved a random text from this Company from a 661 area code saying they were having a party at the Rocklin facility. Called and a very rude woman answered the phone to which I asked her where she got my phone number as I have no connection to this GYM and have never inquired about membership. She wanted to know my name to take me off the list, but told her that I would give her my number since the text did not address me by name, to which she hung up on me!!! Stay away from this Company!!!!

Our location filed bankruptcy, paid in advance until 2024 because they "Accidentally" charged me again in error. Won't transfer the membership or give a refund. Corporate apparently doesn't have any human beings there, can't get a person or they deflect to go to location. Bad bad bad, they should be ashamed of themselves. They don't care about any of their members. Classes were overbooked during covid when they were open. -MINUS 100 stars - greedy criminals.

So upset with this Gym Ufc whatever name they want use to keep charging. ABC•UFC gym or CLR•UFC. I cancelled my membership due to COVID money was and is tight. I emailed and called I did my part, no matter who you speak with no type of communication or much information they keep going around the bush for no reason. If they treated their customers better and have better communication with the customers I’m pretty sure this Gym would have more business. To some ppl piece of cake no problem with this gym but for others like me it’s we have an issue with these dishonest ppl.Don’t spend your money here go somewhere else or find time to do more outdoor activities. Let remember COVID is still around not completely gone so stay away from gyms period!

Charged for membership that was supposed to be frozen at Concord, CA facility. Numerous calls and emails to club manager did nothing. Filled out online form with corporate HQ and no responses. And it is impossible to find a number to talk with a human. They just want to give information about opening a franchise.

Purchased a one year membership and a three year membership at the Lakewood location. The gym closed down due to the pandemic for over a year. Just recently the gym closed down for good and they did not notify customers. I have been trying to contact headquarters for ca refund and no one returns calls or emails. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GYM!! I was a member for over 8 years and this is the treatment I receive.

Description of Complaint:I have not been to the Ufc Gym in La mirada California Locationon 09/03/2020 then the gym was closed mandated by GovernorNewsom. They have been attempting to charge me $156 dollarseach month since January 2021. I Specifically called the managerasked if my account for the gym was cancelled they told meverbatim it was cancelled This was last week 07/06/2021. People need to report this guys for fradualentcharges and to cancel my membership. Yet to find out today07/11/2021 sunday that they didnot honor the request to cancelthe membership yet charging my discover credit card

Been trying to get a refund since the UFC Gym in Lake Forest closed down but all I get is a recording and they haven't returned my emails to them. I've been a member for 6+ years and this is how I get treated.I loved going to the gym but this experience changed my mind from joining any in the future.

I tried to cancel my membership and it's nearly impossible. They want to make you go in circles. I went to cancel my membership in person but they told me they are not doing cancellations. I would have to email someone else. They keep charging me a membership fee plus and extra charge. Save your self the head ache and go somewhere else.
