Cashiers are a hit or miss. You either get a real friendly one or someone that doesn't even acknowledge you. Most of the time it's a miss. A smile and/or a simple hello goes a long way. Clearly they need more customer service training.

Beware with same items having different prices! I was about to purchase 2 single hotwheel items. Granted already above normal value. I didn't notice one had a higher price. Doubled. Workers wouldn't honor the low price as it's the same item. Smh.

This store is always full of hidden gems. I come here monthly and they always get me with something I like or want to try. Store has fitting rooms and a large clearance section.

8:40 PM. If you I want to check the cameras and see the female employee that didn't want to go in there and fix it.

GO ELSEWHERE!I can't speak to the shopping experience, but their bathroom situation is totally bogus. Door to men's room is locked and needs a code, but no one is around to open it for you. Signage says to push a button for help, but no button around. When you are finally granted access, and if you wash your hands, the blow dryer doesn't work and the door gets stuck when you try to use the foot pedal, so you have to touch the door handle with your just cleaned, wet hands and get them dirty again. Great customer service, TJMaxx! Maybe you should think of the customer a but more than you think of the merchandise.
