After reading some of the reviews here I was sceptical about driving an hour out of LA. However, it was great. I went to buy some bits for my partner who’s an XL, the guys in there were so friendly and helpful. I thought I’d be in there 20 mins but stayed for an hour and walked away with great finds !

Such an unexpected find in downtown Santa Ana. Great collection of archival Stussy apparel. Definitely pricey, but some rare pieces could be worth the splurge.

This is a retail business and they should update their hours. Drove all the way down there for them to be closed during posted normal business hours. I wouldn't have a problem if it was an appointment type business.

i’ve never in my life been to a store that doesn’t sell T-shirts in size XL. if you are bigger don’t even waste your time.

The employee I interacted with was rude when I asked a simple question. He seemed very defensive when I asked to verify if there was an article of clothing in a different color. If you’re going to be a front for such a well-established company, perhaps you can learn the basics of customer service.

By far the best experience I’ve had shopping at Stüssy (and have been a customer for many years). Differs from Chapter stores in just the right way - with a more authentic experience that embraces the brand’s history. Didn’t get the name of the guy working there when I visited, but he was awesome and fits the stores vibe perfectly. Make sure you check this out!
