OPEN OPEN. OPEN Remodeled Sherwin Williams Paint Store is open again. Daniel was quick to help me find samples. Really knows his stuff. This location specializes in Professional Painters' needs but very welcoming and helpful for the DIY customer. The Boss, Louie, even came over to share an upcoming event. Very convenient location, Hesperian Way at Bristol (near 22-57-5 freeway interchange)

It's finally opened!!! Julie the manager, Daniel the assistant manager, and as well as the rest of the staff are amazing! The exit and entrance to the freeway is so quick and easy! This will be my local and go-to store!

Elaine is an absolute star and take that from a jaded real estate developer that builds two to three luxury homes a year. I was stressed on Wednesday afternoon because another Sherwin Williams (the hopeless one on East Edinger - please see my Yelp review) had lost my order which I badly needed fulfilled by Saturday. Elaine was clearly newer in role as she had to ask a lot of questions from her manager but that was great because she took me and my call so seriously that she wanted to make sure I was being treated well, as I had relayed to her my experience at the other store. The other store had actually oversold me and quoted me $650 for a bunch of finishes I didn't need. Elaine got me sorted for $515. And being all of five feet tall, she still insisted on moving all my paints to my car including a five gallon bucket. That was really white glove service. Most of all, this store closes at 2pm on Saturdays. I had car trouble on the day and got in minutes before they closed. Elaine knew I desperately needed the paints on the day and stayed, even advising me on brushes, rollers etc which I knew nothing about. It was 2.15pm, 15 minutes after the store closed and Elaine was still helping me with a smile. If you want to be treated well, don't bother going elsewhere. Go here. A week after this incident, I needed more wood sealer and called Elaine. She didn't have enough but took the time to find me another which had the product I needed (it was in Orange). She didn't have to do that. Her manager should be proud. I won't go anywhere else for my stuff.
