I’ve been coming here since I was a teenager. Now as an adult, married, house and with kids I still come here. We got audited twice by the IRS but thanks to this place that does the taxes correctly we didn’t have any issues.

My cousin and I have been getting our taxes done at Rafael’s place for many years. However, recently I noticed that the person in room 3 tried to charge me more for the service. I’m not happy about paying a higher rate, especially considering our long-standing patronage. It’s important for businesses to prioritize customer satisfaction to retain loyal clients.

After years of doing my taxes with the same lady (LYDIA) She gave me the accommodation of sending her my paperwork through email and I never heard back from her. I have tried calling her office, email and even her cell phone and she refuses to return my calls. I am filling a report against this tax preparer as far I know she just sold my information.

I would give a negative rating if I could. My family has been going here for decades but the service has declined more and more every year. Family businesses are great but this family just makes excuses for each other and never actually take the time to give clients their minimum attention. Lydia is known for being hours late to appointments and never ever being available. Something so obvious and on the very first page of my taxes was done incorrectly preventing me from receiving ANY of the stimulus checks. I've talked to other family and friends who have used this place and the same issues have happened with a long list of mistakes, having to seek another to fix them. This tax season I went to another tax worker and he pointed the issue out immediately and fixed it, got my money in less than a week. He also pointed out mistakes from last year where turns out I was over paying based on what Lydia said I had to pay. He helped me get all my money back due to mistakes Lydia did. As a paying customer save your money and seek out others, you too may be over paying and loosing money because of someone you are paying to avoid mistakes on your taxes. I have NEVER left a review but after everything this place does NOT deserve its clients. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! The man I now use for my taxes is also a family business who charges the same! To protect that business I won't mention their name but feel free to reach out to me for the info!

Gave me wrong tax information and most if not all but 1 person is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Mickey Mouse tax place better off doing it yourself through turbo tax or HR block. Bc of their filing methods I received my refunds 1 and a half year later and never received any of the stimulus checks. PLACE WILL RIP YOU OFF AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF US

Lydia did a great job with my 2019 and 2020 taxes. She always has a good attitude and is always ready to help you and hear you out and most importantly she takes the time to explain every lil detail on your taxes. so if you need your taxes done right make sure you ask for Lydia.

Came to get my birth certificate application notarized and it only took 5 minutes. I had went to ups and they were too busy but this place had way more people in it and still were able to help me sooner. thanks!
