The quality of the product is outstanding—beautiful craftsmanship and attention to detail that truly stands out. But what impressed me the most was the installation process. The team was professional, efficient, and incredibly precise, ensuring everything was perfectly aligned and securely installed. They took great care to protect my home during the process and left the space spotless when they finished. From start to finish, Premier Cabinets exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch cabinetry and installation services!

I had high hopes for this store, but that ended right after purchasing the cabinets. First quality was not as in the showroom pantry cabinets I have seen. Assembled cabinets were far from being square making it harder to assemble 2 parts together. Square is cabinets is basic skill you learn. My biggest gripe with this company is lack of phone communication. I was never able to get through the sales person I have worked to get additional finish trim and overall communication was nightmare.

Not sure why but it took them 5 months to deliver everything. Communications were bad because Bryce never picks up the call and over promised on the delivery time

Never got back to me. Scheduled an estimate, he came over and promised me a quote which is over a month ago now and never reached out to me. Very strange and a waste of time. Unprofessional.

Trusting Premium Cabinet for our custom kitchen and bathroom cabinets turned out to be a regrettable mistake. While we custom-ordered kitchen/bathroom cabinets from Premium Cabinet and closets from Ikea, the stark contrast in quality became evident upon installation. Ikea not only offered superior quality but also proved to be more cost-effective. To compound our disappointment, the customer service experience with Premium Cabinet, particularly Bryce and Misty, was subpar. Their disrespectful behavior towards customers added to the overall negative experience. We sincerely hope that others can steer clear of the distressing situation we encountered with Premium Cabinet, considering both product quality and customer service.

I wouldn't recommend premium cabinets to anyone. for sure overpriced, both quality and installation. customer service isn't even good. save your time and money.

The lack of professionalism, coupled with the apparent disregard for customer satisfaction, has left us deeply disappointed. It is disheartening to witness a business that operates in such a manner. We sincerely hope that others can avoid the same distressing experience we had with Premium Cabinet.

This place is a scam. Our experience with Premium Cabinet, particularly with Bryce and Misty, has been nothing short of a nightmare. Bryce and Misty, who were supposed to be assisting, only added to our frustration. The customer service we received was beyond terrible. Attempts to address our concerns were met with indifference and unresponsiveness. This level of disregard for customers is unacceptable and has undoubtedly left a lasting negative impression on us. Given the harrowing experience we endured, we have decided never to return to Premium Cabinet. Additionally, we would strongly caution anyone considering their services to think twice. We cannot, in good conscience, recommend Premium Cabinet to anyone based on the poor treatment we received.

I was looking for a cabinet store to purchase new cabinets for my kitchen renovation. I am so glad that I found Premium Cabinets in Tustin. They have very high quality, real wood custom cabinets at a great price. I got a much higher quote from western states cabinets than my quote at Premium cabinets, with same styles and quality. Misty helped me finalize my kitchen design with 3D images, then Bryce came to my house and confirmed the measurements. After I placed the order, my cabinets were delivered to me in a timely fashion. All cabinets came already assembled and ready to install, they can suggest some cabinets installers if you need them. My new kitchen looks beautiful now and I can't be happier. I gave them a 5 stars but I would give a 6 stars if I could. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for new kitchen or bathroom cabinets to go to premium cabinets. Great price, great service and beautiful custom cabinets. Thank you Misty and Bryce!

Bryce and his team of designers and installers are all top notch. Della was so patient with us in designing our cabinets for the entire house. She gave great ideas on what would be functional as well as look aesthetically pleasing. Bryce is an expert and provided useful information that helped create the perfect space in our kitchen and bathrooms. When it came to install, the team of Edwin and Delia (cabinets); Lalo/Manny brothers (countertops); and Arturo (plumbing/electrician) were all professional, kind and patient. They all went above and beyond to answer our questions. I highly recommend this cabinet company as a one-stop shop for all your cabinet remodeling needs. Even Doug the demo dude was awesome! Thank you, we love our new cabinets.

Bryce and the team are fabulous. 5 stars all the way. Della was quick to respond and she spent numerous days working with me to help us design the perfect kitchen. If I could give them 10 stars I would! This Company is the greatest. I recently had my kitchen cabinets redone. Bryce was spot on when doing measurements, and offering suggestions. Della was always there to answer any questions and set up the install. She was so helpful throughout the whole process. The project was done in a very timely manner and they worked with my schedule. My cabinet installer Edwin and his wife were the best.. Every cabinet was installed with the utmost care and precision. After the project was done, my Kohler sink developed a crack. I called Bryce and he worked with me getting the new one installed. What an ABSOLUTELY AWSOME JOB Lalo did with the reinstall. It was an undermount cast iron sink. They managed to replace it without destroying one single inch of the newly installed counter top. Couldn't be happier. HIGHLY RECOMEND PREMIUM CABINETS. THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST!
