Staff dishonest and withholding information especially about services and MIA after scheduling appointments. It has been explained to me that participants have used other participants information to receive resources from county, state and gov. Agencies. Staff threatening and just making things harder. Not a good experience for me.

We are former foster parents of a couple children who were sent back to this horrible place after their mom made a mistake. As authorized visitors, we cannot even get a return call to set up a visit. Sadly, we were the ones who had to drop them off yesterday but assured them we would be back to visit them today. The people we dealt with yesterday are complete liars and appear to have no regard for these scared/confused children. What a sad place. I find it hard to believe they get any funding. Maybe if people knew the truth, the donations would stop.

This place is horrible because they allow pepole to bullied i am talking about the ilp mentors and thier supervisor allowed this to happen i this place got better that was back in 2004 the need to train people to accept people who they are

OCF as us former foster kids call it . The foundation has been a God send to me for the last 7 years , everyone is very helpful and friendly I would be lost without them . The foundation gives hygiene once a month and you can visit the food pantry once a week . Over all the staff are very patient and helpful always ready to give you a smile and ask if you are ok
