I never write review but after my experience here I just had too. Idk where these ladies got they're salon license because I went in for a trim since I had some split ends and she looked at my hair and said what do you want and I said just cut it how my hair already is but just the ends off but she seemed so confused so she said you want it straight and I was like yeah so I let her do it. Long story short my hair is all choppy and it's not even the same length. I have so many uneven strands. I could of done a better job at home. If she couldn't do a trim right I can't even imagine what else she can't do. So for the sake of yourself don't go here and your hair. No hate just a honest experience.
