We are so happy we went with Love Home Floor to redo the floors in our newly purchased home. Alan and his team are absolutely amazing!! We were in a time crunch as we need the floors to be done within week. The team got it done in 3 days!! That's including demo for tile and carpet flooring. Alan was very involved and made sure that we were happy with the progress of work and did a walkthrough with us of the home after. He and his team genuinely care about their clients and are honest and trustworthy from helping you choose the right flooring to costs and everything in between. So incredibly happy with our floors and what a huge difference it has made!

We recently worked with Alan and team from Love home Floor to replace our current carpet and install new flooring. From the very beginning Alan was very friendly and honest with us and helped us select the best flooring for our house. He spoke very highly of his team and they did not disappoint. The team was very punctual and got the job done very quickly. Love Home Floor is an amazing flooring company, providing the highest-quality materials , very competive price, best installation, and impeccable customer service! Alan and his crew are super responsive, professional, reliable, nice, patient, and detail-oriented. Around 4 months ago, I decided to replace my carpets in bedrooms, loft and staircases. I chose to give Love Home Floor a try after reading the 5-star reviews of their hundreds of clients. Alan helped me to pick the color and material after our communication, which turned out to look fabulous in our home! The whole communication with Alan was very smooth. The floors, installation and services truely exceeded our highest expectations! I regretted I didn't leave a review right after the instation. Honestly, I am not the kind of " review sharing" person, and also thought their perfect 5-star reviews already said it all. However, I really believe I should share the below story and tell all viewers about their highest level of customer service. I felt one piece of vinyl plank at the door of my master bedroom started getting a bit wiggly since 2 weeks ago, and I texted Alan. It is kind of norm nowadays for the vendors to ignore, postpone or find all kinds of excuses at time of the requests of clients after the project was done . I experienced so much anxiety and stress in the past dealing with all kinds of suppliers, big or small. I was SO surprised at Alan's prompt response. He scheduled a time to my home to check right away, and then he sent his crew in the followimg week to assess the best way to address it. And then, he booked a time with the crew lead to come back to fix it. It was not as easy as I thought as my subfloor was uneven. It took him and the crew lead more than 2 hours to fix. After it was perfectly fixed, Alan left 1 more box of extra planks in my garage. When Alan told me there is no charge for the 3 trips, 2-hour repair, and 2 boxes of planks, it was really way beyond what I could expect, and not what I am used to in the current business world. I believe Alan and his company will go very far, as they really value each customer and treat customers like their old friends or families! Love Home Floor will be my go-to flooring company from now on, and I will recommend Alan and his team to all my friends whenever they have flooring need. It is a flooring company you can trust, and it is what will give you a peace-of- mind to work with!

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC IN EVERY WAY!!!! This is one of the best companies I've EVER hired (for anything)! They are so incredibly customer-oriented. They will bend over backwards to ensure you are completely satisfied from the very beginning to the very end. Their work (floor installation) was impeccable down to every detail, just perfection. They were reliable, prompt, efficient, clean and extremely professional. I highly recommend this company and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I definitely recommend this flooring company. The customer service sales rep, Alan, was great. He always took the time to answer my questions and to pick up my calls. I really appreciated his professionalism, which made me feel very comfortable with my big purchase. Not only was he great, the demo/ installation team was amazing as well. They were respectful and considerate of my property. Their work space was always so clean and well organized. My home is over 3,000 sq ft and they came in and finished my flooring in 5 business days. They made the process so stress free for me and the end product was beautiful. Thank you Alan, Andy, and the entire team! I am so happy w my floors.

When looking for a flooring contractor, I researched several people but ended up with Allen and his company. He was very patient in working with our schedule with bringing tons of various samples to help match our existing flooring. When the time came, his crew was VERY punctual, professional, and quick. In just 2 days they did our entire upstairs and staircases. His crew attention to detail was awesome. Look at the corner molding piece they did. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking to redo their floors.

I wish yelp had more stars to give! Hands down! The best flooring service company in the entire OC! Not just Oc but the entire California We have recently finished a floor project with Alan and his crew. 14000 sf super old house with carpet all over the place. Not only we got the best price( My wife and I shopped for months, compared at least 20+ companies and No one can do what Alan can do!) but also an uber installer service! I loved the fact that we did not have to move much of our stuff in the house and they did all the moving. We moved some small furniture out to our garage but that was it! The whole installation only took 2 days!! Amazing! Super detailed works and trustworthy people. Cant asked more than that Alan and his crew gave our house a new life and that is giving us a new life. I am glad I found this company and will recommend to all of my friends and family! Thank you again!

What a great experience with Alan! We were referred to him from another OC flooring company that didn't go into LA county. Lucky for us, location was not an issue for Alan. He was always responsive from our first contact either through email or text. No issues getting timely responses from Alan. Scheduling was also no issues. He was flexible to meet on early Saturday for our estimate and able to schedule work on Friday and Saturday to fit our schedule. We actually had to delay our flooring a few extra weeks and Alan was able to be patient with our delays. We just had to provide a deposit so we were both committed to the project. Pricing was also very competitive. We had crazy expensive quotes and even a couple of cheaper quotes, but we felt the most comfortable with Alan. His pricing was fair and clear with no hidden costs or surprises. He was certainly worth the extra cost to go with him. For our project, we were only replacing carpet with vinyl flooring so we didn't need any demo work. Alan along with his site manager Andy were very efficient and finished the job in just 1.5 days. No surprises during the walkthrough at the end either. Alan and Andy made our flooring upgrade as easy as it could be. Only bummer is that we don't have another place for them to help us with (knock on wood). But in the future, Alan will certainly be our first and only call to get any flooring projects started. We recently had the floors in our new home re-done by Love Home Floor and we are extremely happy with how it came out. Alan and his team did a great job and worked extremely efficiently getting the entire job done in 3 days. That included ripping out old carpet but also demo'ing an entire floor of large tile that all had to be broken into a million pieces. We ended up getting every square foot of our condo re-floored and it looks beautiful without any transition moldings. Alan is super friendly and was very accommodating to all of our requests. We changed our minds last minute on something and he provided an updated quote without any hassle. We were also unable to be there to open the doors for his crew so Alan offered to meet us the day prior to get our keys. After everything was completed, he again, offered to meet us after business hours to do a walk through of our place. I would highly recommend Alan and his team at Love Home Floor if you are looking to renovate your floors.

We love the flooring we got from Love Home Floor. We searched quite a few places and this place had the right color, quality and great pricing that we were looking for. Alan was very informative and patient throughout our selection process, which involved several trips because my wife and I had some competing tastes. He also stored some of the flooring as we were living at home through the renovation and didn't have much space for storage. It was a great experience at Love Home Floor and I highly recommend them!

Our tiles kept lifting up and cracking. So, we wanted to get rid of the tile on the first floor of our house and all the carpet on the stairs and second floor. We went to the Love Home Floor showroom and met Alan. He spent a lot of time with us pulling out different samples for us and explaining the differences and benefits of each different type and style. When he came to our house to get measurements to provide us with a quote, he actually brought a box of the actual flooring that we were interested in and assembled the planks and placed them on our floor so that we could see what it would look like in the lighting of our home. We got a separate quote from another company and the Love Home Floor quote was about 15-25% less. We decided to go with Love Home Floor mainly because of the fact that we were able to see the actual planks in our home before the actual installation and the price just couldn't be beat. The installation started on a Thursday morning and was supposed to be completed in 3-4 days. His team of installers were able to finish the demolition and install of flooring on both floors of the house and the staircase in two days. We were mostly concerned about the flooring that would go under appliances like the stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. There was no issue with any of these. The moved the fridge out installed flooring completely to the wall where the fridge was. For the other two appliances, they installed flooring far enough that you can't see where the new flooring stops. I would recommend Love Home Floor to anyone looking to get new flooring done.

We had engineered hardwood installed in our home from Alan and his crew. We had our floors done a few months ago when it was very difficult to get any work done on our new home. Alan was actually referred to us by a well known flooring company that was booked 4 months out. Alan was very responsive, helpful, and accommodating to our request.
