Today was his first day in this Kindergarten, it's good because they have an app to know how your child is doing and I'll keep telling you! ?? I know that we are all afraid of all this that is happening.

Please do your children a favor and do not take them here. I started taking my 3 year old here last year in March and he was always coming home with bruises and scratches regularly. He can be clumsy so I figured it was just that.. but the incidents were too frequent and at times he would come home with bite marks on his body. Most of the time they would not notify me of any incidents until I asked what happened. A few months later I started bringing my 18 month old son and the first week he came home with scratches all over his face, but the worse was when they called me that he got injured in the playground and was limping from one foot. I was told by the owner that he was playing on his own and went down a small slide and hurt his foot. She physically took me to the spot and explained but I later found out by an employee that she had lied about the incident and that he was pushed by another child in a bigger slide. Accidents happen and there is NO need to lie! I stopped taking my children after this. This is not a safe place to leave your children. They need staff to be more attentive to avoid so much injury.The worst part is that I later find out from Child care licensing office that they did not have the proper license to have a 18 month old in their facility. Also, they received a citation in 03/2021 for not meeting teacher-child ratio. After taking them to another daycare, they stopped coming home with so many scratches, bruises, and bite marks. So now I know they were definitely the problem not my children's "clumsiness" Lastly, I reached out recently to get paperwork for my 2021 child care expenses for tax purposes and they keep telling me they will call me back and so far nothing. I only had my daughters for a week and then I took my daughters away because they called me to come get her and for just one day I had a charge of $100. I know that it is not easy to take care of children, but when you take care of them and open a place of You are exposed to taking care of imperative children, all children are different but there are people who simply just want to get paid and that's it.

So bummed to write a bad review on a day care, but I think as a parent I would want to know what I am sharing. I visited this facility with my husband and child back in early 2020. My child was 2 then and we were looking for a day care/preschool. It was our first choice after visiting 5 other locations in the area. We were please with the teachers and director we spoke to then, but then Covid hit and those plans were put on hold. Today I called again to get an update on the day care. Clarissa answered the phone and she also answered many of my questions (thank you Clarissa). I explained that the previous director (Roxy?) was very helpful, but if I could ask more questions since so much has changed. She was pleasant and sounded professional. Towards the end of our call as I was asking a question, the Office Admin Miriam (?) got on the phone mid-conversation and told me in a RUDE impatient voice that she could no longer answer any of my questions and hung up before I could say anything. That didn't give me any comfort, so this lead me to check out the facility's history here on yelp and on the Child Care Licensing page (CCDS.ca.gov) and well, thank you very rude office admin. Looks like the facility needs more TLC. We will not be visiting and we will NOT be enrolling .

My daughter has been going to this daycare for almost a year and she loves it! They always welcome her with a big hug. She has learned so much since she’s been there. The teachers really care about their students. They plan all these cute little events for them and go above and beyond what any other daycare would do. Highly recommend this place. Wonderful caring staff?

I love this day care, all the staff are very caring. My kids have been attending since August of this year and their motor skills have definitely improved. I would highly recommend Kinderland to my family and friends.

My son Attends here and loves it! The staff is friendly and polite. This was our first go around for pre K . we shopped around and thus was the obvious choice.
