Lousy service. Anytime you have to call and leave a message then call and leave a message again...and no response...not good. And its for high end vehicles.

We rented from Go Rentals in Austin. Fantastic experience! They delivered the car to our hotel and at the end of the day, we valet parked it and they picked it up the next day (we paid the valet fee). Very convenient, impeccably clean vehicle, and Nicole was lovely. I had never heard of Go Rental before but I will certainly look for them the next time I need a rental.

I would highly recommend Go Rentals. Fantastic service, quality professionals, great vehicle choices and removed the stress factor out of renting a car. A total lifesaver for us when Budget would do absolutely nothing to help us even though we had a prepaid reservation we had booked months earlier for our vacation in Destin, FL through Budget. Go Rentals to the rescue ! Thank you !

Go Rentals is not just a car rental company, they are a luxury service provider. Never before could I say renting a car was a pleasurable experience but it is with go rentals. Curbside service, luxury cars and attention to details are just a few things you can expect. Thank you to everyone at Go Rentals for making my trip exceptional.

Absolute best.Free pickup/drop-off service. Lower price. Google discount. What more can you ask for? I know, a credit for returning with more fuel! A bunch of friendly people too.

I rented for the first time in Salt Lake City. It was a wonderful experience from start (meeting me at hotel) and drop off (after hours at hotel). I will always use them in Salt Lake City!

I had a terrible experience. I had rental car waiting at the Bob Hope airport for 35$ (economy car) but we flew into the Burbank Airport instead. When I told them we had a car waiting and asked how far away the other airport was they failed to mention it was within walking distance. (we are not from CA) So, we felt like we had not choice but to rent a car from Go Rental. They did not mention the $400 "deposit" or any tax/fees. It's been 5 days and the deposit has still not been returned to my account. Just feel like they took advantage of us being from out of town.

Awesome way to fly but take Uber or Lyft here parking is $35 a day! I won't get reimbursed that much from work so I got screwed not knowing that. Other than that it's awesome. You are treated like a private rider the same as NetJets or any other private carrier but without the price! No lines, nice lounge, free drinks on board. Wish they'd fly to Sacramento from Orange County I would use them all the time!

Just took a flight from OC to the Bay on JSX and it was literally the best airport/travel experience I've had. 1. No TSA lines 2. You're not fighting the crowds at the main airport (you're flying out of the private terminal) 3. There's only about 30 seats on each jet so the check in and boarding is super fast and easy 4. No need to check in the day before 5. Free drinks (including alcohol) and snacks at the lounge and on the plane The prices were just a smidge higher than Southwest Airlines if you book ahead of time. I will defiantly fly JSX again.

Bought a round trip flight Burbank to Vegas and I must say be VERY WARY of this dishonest company. Here's how they treat their customers... They cancelled our flight last minute returning to Burbank. We then have to spend 2 hours on the phone with them on our holiday trying to get on another flight..finally they put us on a much later Southwest flight getting into LAX (not burbank) and tell us don't worry we'll get refunded on the cab ride to our car parked near burbank and the flight as well. They tell me this to and I feel ok, and after returning and writing an email to follow-up the next day they fight me tooth and nail to do anything! Finally after hours they barely agree to refund the fair differential between what I paid for the JSX flight ($750 one way for 2 ppl) and what they paid for the last minute commercial flight on Southwest. Terrible deal for me... OF COURSE booking a last minute commercial flight will be exponentially more expensive day of...if i wanted to fly southwest i could have booked a round trip trip for 2 ppl on Southwest before for fraction of that cost...so basically i ended up paying market rate for a last minute flight leaving vegas when its most expensive and they say they can only refund the difference between what they paid for that southwest flight and what I paid for JSX. UPDATE: after 2 weeks and not seeing the refund on my cc, I have to spend 40min to get through to their customer service and now they are telling me firstly they've done nothing (of course) and that they will not pay a refund but give me a voucher to use with them! Of course they lied about the uber ride I had to pay for as well... Their customer service reps will tell you anything to get off the phone (kelly) and just move on...when it comes time to actually pull through on what they promised, don't expect anything. They really don't care.... if you're fine with that go for it...but just hope your flight doesn't get cancelled cause you'll be paying for an expensive commercial flight and waiting on hold to speak with someone forever. Terrible company... I've never felt compelled to write a negative review ever, but just don't want others to get screwed like I did.

Great experience flying to Vegas and back on business. Easy check-in and great grabbing your bag on the tarmac. Just Uber to the terminal and you're good to go- no more 1-2 hour ahead check-in hassles! The staff were friendly and professional - plus free drinks. What's not to love ?:)

Just got back from a three-day trip to Las Vegas; flew on JSX both ways. My experience was flawless. So much more convenient than one of the big airlines. You can arrive 15 minutes before your flight, and no dealing with check-in lines, baggage claim, or security. The lounge in Vegas was really nice. The lounge in Orange County was perfectly functional, but not nearly as nice. Both locations are not at the airport terminals, so you won't walk out to the usual ground transportation options. I just used Uber. Driver arrived in less than two minutes, and it was just $9 for a ride to my hotel on the strip.
