Brett the employee offered me a bag of skittles if I let him take pictures of my feet. was walking thru the wood section and he noticed my infected ingrown toenails with pus oozing profusely, Brett seemed interested and approached with a offer I proudly declined. CAME FOR PLANTS NOT FOR SKITTLES

Home Depot, the so called veteran friendly store is not the same anymore. They are very tricky on charges. You think you can get the 10% off on items you purchase. After you take them to the register at least half of them will not have 10% off. Very sad and disappointing. Try not to go there if don't have to.

We did a huge remodeling project and bought a lot of materials from this Home Depot. They had a good selection and really got us through our job. However, they are using a delivery service that is not good and a lot of mistakes were made on delivery. We also ordered a shower pan online and the day it was supposed to be delivered, we got a message that our pan had been lost in transit, and we had to start all over again. Then another day we bought landscaping bricks and we could see them on the shelf but they said we had to come back because they had to lower them down and when we came back, they weren't lower down and then they said they didn't have them after all and we had to go to a different store. There's a lot of problems with organization, but they have some really good staff that have been there for a long time who helped pull us through the difficulties.

Amazing customer service, went in there thinking I knew how to mount a shelf on the wall ..but STEPHEN showed me so much more and really helped me out a lot !! Appreciate his time and knowledge !!! Would come back !!

Local Home Improvement store at least friendly staff seems to be always stocked up on items that I need to purchase competitive and prices large assortment flowers and plants I was looking for something new seems to have it here never disappointed

Ask if I buy wood can they cut it. Picked out wood. Paid for wood. Went to get cut.m and machine was broken. Been broken all day. Waste of 30 min. Off to Lowes!!!

We went to Home Depot to buy a refrigerator. Our sales person was named Bernabe Lizalde gave us great service and answered all our questions professionally and had a great personality. We give him an APus for the service he gave us.

I have never needed to do any home improvement projects until now. I have only been to this home depot once in person and it was pleasant. I walked in and they helped me with my cart items and my contractor picked out everything. Opened a new account and thought the best. When my contractor went to pick up items they messed up my order. They had two incomplete orders under my name and I needed to have my contractor confirm and reconfirm all that was purchased. TIME WASTED and I still needed to make sure they didn't mistake charged my account. I sent contactor for another order and same incompetent help. My beef is with corporate or whoever develops policies that do not serve your customers. As new account I can only charge IN PERSON ....2 hours away since my mom is in santa ana. As a new client you would assume better customer care. I'm furious having to drive and delay my mother's bathroom accessible remodel because company policies are not flexible for their clients needs. This applies to corporate and leadership... lots of young inexperienced people who deserve better training and support. That's all I can say about how incompetent this place has been.

Outstanding store and the best ran Home Depot I've ever been to. Robert the manager was great and his employees really care about their customers. Jess and Maria went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you!

Well back in July I ordered mini blinds. I said I wanted them installed. Twice a man came out to measure my Windows. Very professional, on time. Knew what he was doing. Then it went downhill. I had to call several times as to when they would be installed. Who were the installers. Pinnacle. You can't call them. Finally Home Depot called. Gave me a date. They inspected the blinds. Pinnacle came out. He wasn't in the house 10 minutes, the one side is broken. And we don't know where your kitchen blinds are. When are you returning? I don't know, just don't sign anything manufacturers defect. Now I've called, customer service wants me to return them! I can't do that I have arthritis and I'm only 5'2" that's why I wanted them installed. What is going on! I thought they were inspected and what happened to my kitchen blinds. It's like they picked the wrong contractors and they want me to fix it. Anybody else have problems with their choice of contractors?

Great hard worker outside of Home Depot ! He hangs around the front usually around there from 6am -8am he's a hard worker. you only need to hand him a $20 bill and a 3 pack of modelo!

This is a nightmare that began with Home Depot on Edinger in Santa Ana. This is not entirely Home Depots fault but their lack of customer service and follow through is why they are getting this review. I ordered a Wen air compressor from them on 6/9/21, I was supposed to have it by 6/11/21 for store pickup. Well it didn't arrive and I find out it's being delivered to my residence by FedEx. The parking lot of my apartments was being resurfaced and FedEx could not deliver it, I got ahold of FedEx and asked that it be delivered to the grocery store by my house which offers FedEx pickup the next day. Well I go to pick it up and it's not there, I get ahold of FedEx and find out they decided to take it somewhere else which at this point is not open and wont be until Monday. I go pickup my compressor Monday and take it home. There is a package of small parts inside the box needed for assembly and they are not there. I contact Home Depot and they assure me the parts I need will be delivered to me the day after tomorrow. Nope. I contacted Home Depot several times of the next week and get very friendly, encouraging news about my missing parts. But I don't get my parts. I'm in LA working one day and get a call from the manufacturer, Wen Products. She ensures me that she will have those parts on the way by the end of that day but can't promise next day delivery. I should get a email with tracking that evening and I will be a happy customer, I didn't get a email with tracking and no parts are on the way. It's been two weeks since I've ordered that compressor and there is no end in sight. I have the compressor at home, sitting on a cart. I can not use it without the parts I need to assemble it. It may as well be a boat anchor. Go to Lowes or better yet Grainger and avoid unsatisfactory customer service. If it needs to be shipped avoid FedEx at all cost.
