Cynthia is the absolute worst quotes you a price and charges another in your insurance. She has no customer service over phone. Still waiting solution she calls then hung up! had to ask her how she's gonna solve my issue and no response. Also spoke to her boss and still they seem to have no care in the world. Absolutely not okay. Think twice falling in this trap. I would give 0 stars if possible and available.

Talked to Cynthia about insuring a 2015 Kia and she said none of the carriers they use will insure a Kia because they get stolen often. Asked if they would insure it liability only she said no and they also don't insure Hyundai, BMW, Mercedes and a few other styles she rambled on.

Worst customer service. This place is a fraud and a scam we purchased a full coverage insurance when they didn't don't trust them they are a lie starting from the main VPO. The representatives are rude and will laugh at clients that come in with concerns on their policy's. Representatives aren't even trained properly. If you don't want to be scammed stay away from this place we've had a horrible experience. When you call to speak to a corporate office and get information they say they don't know anything pretty much just a scam.

Do not trust this company or waste your time coming here if you're looking for an honest or trustworthy company. I called to get a quote for a full coverage policy with a $500 deductible. I accepted the phone quote and paid the full amount. They sent me my paperwork hours later, which I saw they gave me $1000 deductible which was not what I agreed upon. When I noticed, I called right away and let them know. I spoke to Cynthia who said she was the manager. She right away told me that insurance companies no longer offer the $500 deductible. I told her that's definitely not true because I was getting quotes all day that were offering me that. She then put me on hold for 15 minutes, came back and said she can offer me the $500 deductible but it would be an additional $10-$15 per month, I declined. She then put me on hold again for another 15 minutes to tell me that I would have to sign the documents she sent me (with the wrong terms)! I refused, and told her I will not sign something that I did not agree to, on top of that some of the documents were in spanish.( I do not understand spanish.) She then put me on another long hold and said that I have to write something in paper and text it to her saying that I don't want the policy. Waiting on my refund currently. Waste of time.

Happy Tuesday I'm Janeth Cruz and it's been a great experience with the girls in the Bristol and Warner location they quoted my son and uncle and got good rates. The part that I was very happy that quickly they got us prices and get got insurances thank you to Gaby Rivera and Cynthia Herrera they are great people I will keep recommending more family to them

Spoke over the phone with Cynthia about starting my policy with them again. She made everything super fast and easy for me. Best part, we were able to do everything through phone and email. She made the process extremely easy and broke things down to the T. Highly recommend giving her a call.
