I placed an order online for pickup for some Xmas inflatables. I used some coupons they had online and got the email that it was ready for pickup. I went and only had part of the order. Person there said a customer probably got it and purchased it. The orders for pickup are away from register and anyone could grab items so they're not secured. Cashier canceled both of the items even though they had 1 and made me purchase it and I lost my coupons. Item was $30 online with coupons and had to pay $39 in store. Was only given 20% off which was not same as when I ordered online. I don't understand why he didn't just cancel 1 item instead of 2.

Nice , to visit this store every time.Want to give suggestions that amongst grocery items there is shortcoming of vegetables and fruits section must you consider about addition of that please.

I frequently go into this Big Lots. I'm in there usually at least once a week. All the employees are very helpful and friendly. Gloria one of the front end cashiers is always upbeat and makes checking out an enjoyable experience. She always has a smile on her face. You can tell she takes pride in her job.

It was good. Found some fall items on sale. Had not been here in a while and am impressed with some of the merchandise that they are carrying. Some really great things.

Such a great place to buy good quality furniture but for a great price! We got all our patio furniture here! The customer service is amazing as well. Sonia and Antonio went above and beyond to help us with loading the furniture and paying attention to our needs when looking for the right items. Will 100% shop here again. 5 stars!

One of the bigger Big lots. This location has furniture. Always a lot of parking. Not really super clean but good. Cashiers we're friendly.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE.I looked for 4 different items. Different departments. None of them had prices. There was only one employee available at check out and a long line.How is one supposed to shop when there's no prices on items??Took 10 minutes looking around for assistance. All I got was " oh I'll tell them to put the prices."Wouldn't it be more courteous for someone who looks like a manager to say: I'll be happy to assist you?Oh well, you'll NEVER see me shopping this place again.
