Bought 22inches and 18inches in the tape Aug 4th 2021 today when I got them moved up they were ripping apart. These are the worst extensions I've ever had and not ever 3 months and they are shredding. When I bought them they told me to just use the conditioner they sell and I bought it. Was not told "apparently" I have to use a specific brand of shampoo... so it's apparently my fault they sold me default hair. They offered me 15% off my next set. When would I spend another grand on hair that didn't even last 3 months.!!!! That's absurd!!!!

Amazing staff, so friendly and helpful any time I have called or went into store. The reps and educators are so knowledgeable. I recommend taking as many classes through beauty solutions as possible. They have so much knowledge and insight that can be so amazing for stylists. It really has helped me through COVID-19 to take advantage of the online help they offer as well. First of all, the shop is always immaculate. Never ever have I seen boxes piled up or even seen them restocking but somehow they are always fully stocked!! It's a miracle for a beauty supply to be like this. Second, Heather is an amazing asset to this company! She ALWAYS helps me when I ask her multiple questions, she is so patient and always so nice. She looks presentable and chic and obviously runs an efficient team! I always look forward to my visit to the shop. Give Heather a huge raise, she deserves it!

I went there a few months back.. I was assisted in getting new extensions. My hair is platinum. When I went in I had it up in a bun where it apparently appeared darker. I bought 2 1/2 packs of tape 20 inch. When I got to my salon..., they were Completely yellow ashy super dark. Did not match my hair at all.. since I opened it I couldn't return. I dealt with the hair for at least a month... I had to trim at least 4 inches off They got super stringy at the ends. And felt like crap. I'm disappointed. I got talked into this brand instead of hair shop. And the hair didn't last a month. nor did it ever match. it's cheaper price and quality. I'm a hairstylist and will not purchase again.
