I reserved a SUV for one day but was charged for two days. When I checked out the car in the morning and asked Jason if I can drop it off in the evening, he told me that I can park the car and leave the key with the front desk of the hotel as the Avis office will be closed by then. I did return the car around 10:30 PM and gave the key to the receptionist and told her where I parked the car. Then I called a Uber and went home. Two days after, I received a bill from Avis and was shocked that it shows the return time was one day later than my actual return time and the total mileage was way more than the actual miles I had driven. I called Jason twice about the incorrect billing. He admitted it was an error and promised he will process a refund for me, which he never did. I don’t know what is holding him back. I am extremely disappointed. The lesson learned is: Don’t drop off the car and leave the key with the front desk during the off hours of the Avis office. The car return information will not be exchanged between Avis and the hotel as timely as you would assume. It cost me $111!Follow-up (6/26): To Owner: Thank you for your reply. The reservation number is 30648344US6 and the rental agreement number is 759228175. Please look into it.

I'd give zero stars, as my reserved pick up time of 2 was not honored. In fact,the office was empty. There was a hand posted note on the window, stating new hours, closing at 2 m-f. Obviously, it closed early. They don't allow anyone in the office, only show needed documents thru the window. We had to get an Uber back to the airport to get a car. Ridiculous!

Jason is amazing I used different vehicles over a period of six weeks while I stayed at the hotel. He provided excellent customer service and was very courteous and informative. I would highly recommend this location.

I have been using this Avis rental car location for years. Any out of town vacation and business trips, I use Avis. Jason, who owns this location is very professional and provide excellent customer service.

Made a reservation to pick up a vehicle, and was told by representative that the location was open until 7pm on sunday. Google Website showed the location was open until 7pm. When I arrived at 5:30 to pick up vehicle, the door showed they were closed at 1pm. I called previous to ordering a cab after having my concerns that they might be closed. Then having called to confirm hours by corporate, in the end I wasted money on a taxi that will not be addressed by rental agency. Given bad information, wasted time.
