The only issue for me was that I was presented with room temperature, sippie straw juice boxes to recoup after Double Red donation. How about Cold Cranberry, something similar?

They are doing an outstanding job here. Peter is a pleasure and a delight. The volunteers are always friendly and welcoming (and great conversation while I'm having my juice and snacks in the cantina!). The nurses are well trained and attentive. I come by every chance I get. Donate blood; save lives!

So for my birthday, I decided to do something different than other years by donating my blood and oh boy am I glad that I chose this location for doing it! So far, this is the best location of American Red Cross! Peter and Alex are awesome! They surely made my donor experience easier and much more exciting! Will come back in the future and highly recommend friends and family to give this place a shot!

How can you do any thing with them when phones DO NOT GET ANSWERED OR CALLS RETURNED, WHEN MY CHILD NEEDED THIS IN AN EMERGENCY.

Donated platelets. First donation of any kind in a long time. VERY attentive and pleasant staff. Will do it again, and encourage others to donate as well. The supply doesn't meet the need.

Had a great experienced being certified in CPR+AED for adults, children, and infants! Be sure to come a little bit earlier if you get confused like me, as the main entrance is on the side of the building and is locked. There were about 10 of us in the class and everything was easy to follow, equipment provided was high quality, and the class went smoothly. I'll definitely be coming back to the Red Cross when I need to be re-certified from now on!

They made the mistake of offering me an ice cold water which I accepted and drank. Then when they got ready to take my blood it was coming out too slow!! It had to be the cold water on a hot day. At least I learned a lesson - don't drink cold water before giving blood!

Give blood here. Staff is professional and friendly. I have been a regular doner here at Santa Ana for a few years.Peter, who runs the front desk, is EXCELLENT! Peter is always looking for (and finding) innovative ways to make sure your blood donation experience the best it can be.With Peter and the staff, my blood donations at Santa Ana have been completely pain free in the broadest sense.
